I purchased this product to keep things in the bed of my truck secure and out of the weather. Though not 100% waterproof it definitely keeps the majority of my bed dry. Securely fits on the top rail of my truck and I travel the highways frequently at speeds of 75-80 mph (don’t judge🥴). I open the box and removed the plastic and didn’t see any instructions, I rarely use them anyway, so I laid it out on the truck and had it installed in 30 minutes. Afterwards I noticed the instructions fell on floor and glanced through them and noticed a good instruction to cut small notches on the plastic top rail cover of my truck and secure the clamps to the metal rail. Cover fits secure and looks great. Keep in mind it will only keep honest thieves out but if you want to store things in the bed of your truck out of the weather and the sight of temptation, this is a great value and product. Seems well made and double stitched, though as reported in other reviews, the clamps could be a little better.

I read a few reviews on this to see if I could handle the install. After doing so, I felt pretty confident, so I took a shot. The packing was great and easy to remove.I laid this on the bed, atop the box it arrived in, and went to work. 30 minutes later, I had it on, squared, and fastened down securely. I didn’t trust myself on the install, so I also drilled the safety straps to my bed liners with a sheet metal screw on each side.The initial trip was a 30 miles jaunt on the freeway and not an inch. Secure, tight, and the fastener handles didn’t even need adjusting.The cover is a great looking add to my truck, and my gas mileage seems to have improved in the last week. The automatic tailgate on my Ram even functions with this on, and it was a great buy for the money.The one item I plan on updating is the longevity after a few months. Hopefully the color and look hold out for the long haul.

Easy to install and holds out the water. I only wish I had realized there was a different one on the market for about the same money that folds four times and the last portion flips up against the back window and leaves you full access to the bed of the truck. But, for what I needed this to do, it does a great job. Folded up, it is slightly limiting to the bed usage.

Listen, you get what you pay for... I needed a tonneau cover to last on ONE road trip, and saw good reviews here on this one. I will say that it does install easily enough and looks good from a distance. Just don't expect it to last. Don't hit it with a pressure washer. Don't go through an automatic car wash with that big spinner thing... it's about a 3mm think top skin. I poked three little holes in it, just from it's own frame while installing it. Pretty big let down, considering I'm trying to keep stuff in the bed dry. A little silicone caulk (black) filled in the tiny holes, but honestly, spend a little extra and get a whole lot more sturdiness.
