This is an excellent product I use it to help with dry eyes that were very sore and painful, I personally take this supplement all the time and my eyes are no longer sore or painful, I have found something that really works for me and I am truly grateful for this amazing supplement thank you kind regards Deborah

These are perfect for nails hair skin I really do see difference on myself when I get them for a couple of weeks. The best on the market but a bit expensive still worth it though
