Perfect for my needs
Shipping: Surprisingly fast shipping (for me at least) but it only came from the next state over so that's not too surprising. Box is large but that's not surprising as it does hold a lot after all. Being 7 months pregnant I wasn't the one doing the lifting so I didn't worry about it, with all the bits together I have no issues moving it around and maneuvering etc. but I'm also very active and 5'11" so it might make a difference for smaller people when it comes to weight.Assembly: Yeah.. there's lots of parts. It took me 45 min to an hour to get the various pieces together, it might have gone faster if I had been able to lay it all out to see everything. The directions are good if not great, there were a few places where I wondered where exactly I was suppose to put things but some general exploration and an open mind helped a bit. If I were to do it again I would assemble the drop in top storage/bassinet holder outside the play pen and then put it in just for the sake of maneuvering.Use: I've already had one kid so experience let me know how much I'll be using all the bits and pieces on this, having another bassinet is extremely handy especially with the portable stand and handles. As other reviewers have said the liner for the bassinet not being a sheet and easy to get a replacement for will be annoying but as it's an easy remove and toss in the wash thing I'm not too worried about it. The changing table seems to be fine for the weight range I'll be using it with, I wouldn't want to use it with an excessively active baby but by that point most changing tables/pads are a challenge anyhow and you get use to doing things one handed or running. The 'mattress'/pad/ floor or whatever you want to call the bottom of the play pen has nice padding and will do well for naps and keeping small children in one spot comfortably for reasonable periods of time and seems to be very sturdy.Over all I'm extremely pleased with it and looking forward to using/abusing it through one if not two children depending on how it holds up over the next couple years.

Everything I was looking for and great quality!
This system is everything you need to bring baby home! Its a little confusing to completely assemble, but once fully assembled, its amazing! The actual packnplay is larger than most. The extra bassinet is perfect to have next to your bed, completely folds down for compact storage and the insert comes off for easy cleaning. There is a lot of storage room for diapers, wipes, extra clothes & many other items under the changing table, which is sturdy and deep so baby wont roll off. I absolutely love this system and has been a life saver for our baby, now a month old. I would recommend this to any expecting parent looking for a sleep system for when baby is little, and then a perfect pack n play for when baby gets older!

Great product
It's a bit of a bear to put together (not complicated just a lot of parts to connect at first due to the bassinet and changing table), but it looks great. The separate bassinet holder is sturdy and will definitely come in handy. Good amount of room below the changing table to hold diapers, wipes, etc. You do need both D batteries and AA if you want to use the attachments for playing music.Adjusting to 4 stars as the changing table is on an angle so my baby keeps rolling to one side. We're using the bassinet on its stand so I just took the changing table off and am using the empty bassinet space instead- works way better and you have easy access to the storage area since the changing part isn't there anymore

Love this!
Gave as a gift. It's sturdy, well made and the recipients love it. The changing are is very convenient as is the bassinet area. There are two levels underneath. The higher which you could store diapers, wipes, a couple outfits etc in if you have it set up in your home or someone elses and if you are using the basinett basket for infant. When child gets too big for the basinett basket it can be removed along with the changing area which I believe can be flipped over the side and/or removed and then you can use the upper level mattress area. When the child outgrows this it can be removed and you have the lower section for the baby or toddler. There is a nice sturdy stand for the basinett basket so it can be placed closer to you. The changing area is washable and nicely padded. I am sure my granddaughter will get a lot of use out of this once she is born.

I really wanted to love this, but the biggest problem
My son is 5 weeks old now. I really wanted to love this, but the biggest problem, as others have posted, is the changing table. I think if you were using the changing feature only when you traveled occasionally it would suffice; however, to use it regularly is no good. It is too low in height. My husband (6 foot) literally threw his back out after using this for a week. I am 5 ft 5 in and it is also too low for me to change him comfortably. With a newborn, you are using your lower back constantly. It is also true, as others have mentioned, that the baby rolls to the one side when using the changing table (and I used a leveler to check). Otherwise, the portable bassinet with stand is great--very functional for our multilevel vertical city home. We also use the bassinet portion of the pack and play often (the opposite side of the changing table). I have removed the mat and handwashed it easily (due to spit-up) and it dries quickly. The vibrating feature is nice, the baby likes it. The mp3 player speaker does not work and there has been no time to investigate this further. The entire system is nicely made, durable and stylish looking. For approx. $200 you get a separate bassinet (which if you look at other bassinets this size online go for approx.$75-100) and you get a bassinet in the top of the pack and play and then you get the playpen aspect when the baby is older; so overall it is a good value. I think it is lame that the insert doesn't come out and you can't have the baby lay parallel to the length of the pack and play like other models allow. So, bottom line, you can either buy this product alone for $200 or buy a regular pack and play for $100 and a separate bassinet for $100.
