Restaurant quality, heavy stainless steel sink.
Restaurant quality, heavy stainless steel sink. It has a deep inset all the way around so you can wash things and set them on the side and they will drain back into the basin like a dish strainer. We built it into a cabinet and couldn't be happier with it. Though like others have said, the legs aren't very stable or centered - we didn't use them. To use the legs, you should be prepared to mount it to a wall as well.

Great sink but flimsy legs with plastic knobs for feet. Legs appear wobbly
Pretty nice stainless sink with drain board attached. Will work good for my purpose. Haven’t installed yet so can’t really say about the installation. The only problem with it that I don’t like is the legs. There should have been six legs instead of four. This way you would have four under the sink portion and 2 under the drain board section. This would make it a lot sturdier. Plus at the bottom of the legs it has like a little plastic knob so don’t really like that either. Would have been much better to have rubber flat inset pieces into the bottom of each leg so that it would sit flush on the floor and would make it sturdier and wouldn’t damage your floor and you wouldn’t have to worry about it digging into the floor or wobbling. I haven’t installed it yet but afraid when I do that those legs will be wobbly and not very sturdy either. We shall see once we install it

OK for an Unfinished Baement
I'm giving this a big benefit of the doubt when I give it 4 stars. But what bothers me might not bother others. Good news: the plumber who installed it said that he was surprised at the quality given the price (and he meant that in a good way). Bad news: the bottom of the sink is not perpendicular to the back splash. Actually all of the parts which should be horizontal are not perpendicular to the back splash. In other words, the bottom of the sink can be perfectly level (and therefore drain completely) OR the back splash can be perfectly vertical (and therefore flush with the wall), BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE BOTH. The attached photo illustrates the problem. I chose to have the back splash perfectly vertical (it's clamped to the wall) rather than to have the bottom of the sink perfectly level. And therefore there is always some water in the back of the sink. If you look at the photo you will notice that the legs are not perfectly vertical. And that's because they are vertical to the bottom of the sink which cannot be perfectly level because the sink is installed so that the back splash is flush with the wall (and therefore perfectly vertical). You will also notice (within the red oval) that a shelf bracket which the plumber installed to support the drainboard supports only the back of the drainboard. There is a gap between the front of the bracket and the drainboard. Another way to express the problem is that the parts which should be horizontal and level are not perfectly perpendicular to the parts which should be vertical. Also I was very disappointed in the packaging. The box it came in had been roughed up pretty good. The box should have been more sturdy and the handling should have been less violent. But for washing my hands and paint brushes I expect it will work just fine.

Good Quality and Prompt Response
I've had stainless in my laundry room forever- I tend to be 'rough' with my sinks as they must perform double duty with gardening and craft projects and not 'just' laundry. The Gridmann sink was good quality but it was not packaged very well, it arrived with a minor dent I could live with but the sink had a left drainboard, not a right drainboard as ordered and required for my design plan. I immediately emailed the seller who replied within 12 hours and offered a satisfying solution; 7 days later I received the correct sink. Other reviewers have complained about their service but I had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Horrible Product Support - Also super disappointed with Amazon followup and suggested remedy.
We are doing a full home rehab and selected this as our desired utility sink. Immediately upon unpacking, we noticed that the welded stainless mount for one of the four legs was visibly bent. The box/packaging was undamaged, so this was clearly a pre-shipment, poor quality control issue.Reached out to the Seller to ask for their idea on remedy. We were offered $20 (I believe) to accept it as-is. We requested replacement (including return shipment) instead and never heard back from Seller. Escalating to Amazon took more than 3 calls over several weeks - total lack of continuity and good communication from Amazon. We went through an "AtoZ" process followed by "Internal Investigation". The latter was a 3 to 4 week commitment to followup (seems waaay to long for pretty darn simple issue). No one ever asked for photos or more clarification of the issue through this process. Finally, we had to call Amazon to learn what they had determined. Nothing new, so escalated to a Supervisor, with unsatisfactory action. Amazon told us that if we return shipped the item, they would reimburse us and work on a refund. The issue of repackaging a large item, toting it up to UPS and then waiting possibly another 2-3 weeks to get both a refund and find a replacement product did not work for our project timeline. So we decided to take the risk and self-straighten the bent bracket. This proved to be simple, but the Seller could have opted to walk us through this more than a month earlier.Biggest disappointment is that we never heard from Seller or Amazon the old-fashioned idea of an apology that they had caused us a customer inconvenience. We are finding that we go increasingly to Lowes's and Home Depot on-line for our project needs as they offer super convenient home delivery, curbside, as well as no-hassle returns.Amazon is great for sure, but is this ever an example of their room for improvement.

Great sink. Bad packaging
This sink looks great and was the right price. I wish the shipper added more cardboard or foam. The sink came with a dent in the bottom and with the top part bent over 15 degrees. I decided the return process wouldn’t be worth it because overall the sink is still great. I rebent the the top and am living with the small dent in the bottom. With a little extra styrofoam this probably would be a 5 star review
