Waste of time. Just a google article expanded to the length of a book. Far better options available.
Just super basic information on fitness or how to do a pushup nothing in the way of meaningful programming to help support different goals. It's literally the same 4 programs not matter what you are trying to accomplish. It's like a google article that was expanded to the length of a book to make it appear like they have something to say. Far far better options available than this. Even a few hours on YouTube would put you ahead of this book and that is free. Save your money and time.

Waste of time reading. Waste of money buying.
Ever spend time doing something then wish you hadn’t wasted your time (or money)?This book is below basic. If I wanted a book to tell me to go to YouTube to see exercises...smh.It is full of errors and looks like they just haphazardly put it together using talk to text. Don’t waste your time or money on it.If you know absolutely nothing about fitness/calisthenics then maybe this book is for you. If you have ever worked out before - you won’t get much from this book.

Not bad, here is a good message for everyone who want to start bodyweight training. I just want more information about training programms and essential details; in other words, this book is too short as for me.
