I just received my Aloe plants and I am so happy. You never know how plants fare when they're shipped via postal service. It's been about 50/50 for me with too many boxes showing up crushed, damaged or delayed. The plants look very healthy just as pictured. They're actually a little bigger than I pictured. They were packaged extremely well in lil plastic pots and perfectly sized for a couple of ceramic planters I purchased weeks ago. I would recommend this seller and will buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded. This was packaged well.Each plant only had one piece broken off.One plant has very short shoots. It was easy to tell it was pruned recently. The other had longer roots and was well wrapped in the soil.They both had black, rotting parts close to root. I peeled some off where I could.Repotted them and added some organic fertilizer.I think the one with longer roots will be ok.I’m hopeful the other will be good.I’m can’t wait to see them grow little babies.

Update: the seller ended up sending me another good aloe plant very quickly after the previous incident. This one appears to be in much better shape and I am happy that the seller did this!Have never purchased a plant through amazon before so didn’t really know what to expect. Other reviews seemed good. One of the aloes sent looked healthy and normal. Unfortunately the other one did not. One of the aloes had a big dark spot on it and was completely limp. Ended up cutting it off (not sure if this was best thing to do) but it looked so sad. Also didn’t realise who readily available these plants are at local Home Depot for less money. Ah. Live and learn.

I just received my plants. And, I was totally disappointed!! In fact, I am still shocked at their poor quality. Seriously, I would not recommend these plants to anyone! They’re absolutely awful! I wish I could rate them -5. And, adding insult to injury. They are non returnable! This is just so WRONG!Ive never written a review after shopping online for decades! But I cannot ignore the poor quality of these plants. Ive purchased many plants through Amazon over the years. Never once have I received such an unacceptable plant like these. What’s changed? This has been so frustrating and insulting. Why is this seller allowed to send out such poor quality plants? I’m not jut talking about the fact one is broken. I’m referring to the dry thin leaves. With Black tops extending below the tips. Pale yellow and brown colored leaves . None of them are a vibrant healthy green color as they should be . One plant doesn’t have one healthy leaf. And the other plant only has two. These are the unhealthiest plants Ive ever received. How can a defective item be nonreturnable? Shame on you! Customers shouldn’t have to complain about the poor quality of your plants in order to receive healthy ones. It’s insulting to send any customer plants of such poor quality! As usual, I anticipated enjoying the arrival of two new healthy plants. Unfortunately, when I opened the box i thought “What is this? This is unacceptable on multiple levels!! Please do the right thing and send me what I’ve paid for!,

I liked that the shipping was fast but my aloe plants (l ordered 2) were not exactly healthy; and they were on the small side ( size of my palm...l have small hands) Perhaps they were pups? One of the two had about two large wilted stems and was in bad shape. I guess it's a hit or miss depending on who you buy from; l will probably buy from another company. Also it came in regular potting soil...no moss included in pot.

The 2 plants arrived in very good shape. Soil was still damp and leaves unbroken. Color was a nice green. Very good size and well established root system. I have no complaints.

My aleo vera plant was delivered well. Well package, like well secured. My husband threw the box of aleo into the house, I was like was is that. With all the handling it was very much intact.. it came in earlier than expected. Just few understandable dead ends... very much healthy. But it would be very much ok to tell your customers what to do next... like when next to water it or just simple tips to keep it growing healthy and strong consistently as well as dos and don'ts... Not everyone knows e.g me.. I just want to have aleo vera plant and grow it well... Well google helped...
