I simply can not express in full how much I have thoroughly enjoyed using Tulsi tea to aid me in recovering from adrenal fatigue and dealing with a bit of anxiety in recent months! I was recommended purchasing Tulsi tea after a short stay in the hospital after stress related chest pains. Not only that but I was dealing with a bit of anxiety from those unknown health issues at the time which really left me unable to sleep at times only to be more exhausted and fatigued.Tulsi tea has very relaxing properties to where I would take 1-3 cups a day of it when I felt my heart racing, when I felt anxious, or when I was feeling overly alert come bed time. I would do a hot foot soak with epsom salts as well as boil 1.5 cups of water on the stove and then make a cup of tea. I usually put in a small spoonful of organic honey with it just to sweeten the tea a bit. But every time I have taken the tea, I begin to calm down as this is a natural relaxant. I found myself sleeping better, recovering from fatigue better, and all around feeling more relaxed. If there was a time during the day I felt anxious, I would make a cup or two of tea and within the hour I would be more relaxed, mellowed, and the physical symptoms of being anxious were gone as I made the mental effort to put any anxiety behind me.I know this certainly works because if a time arises where I become anxious and do not take the tea, I never am able to get calmed down and there was a time where I was unable to take it and I found my sleep being more restless and easily startled. I make every effort to regularly take this tea as I continue to heal from adrenal fatigue and to also destress from the daily issues of life.I used the original flavored and have also purchased the lemon ginger which is also a fantastic tasting tea. I've personally found the organic with a bit of honey to be my personal favorite.

This wonderful, organic caffeine-free Tulsi tea is very satisfying and soothing. I enjoy this tea anytime during the day or night. It also pairs well with a slice of lemon, and/or a some fresh mint leaves.

This tea has a wonderful taste. I enjoy the natural taste of the Tulsi Tea, which has many health benefits. I DO NOT add sugar. It is much like Chamomile Tea, it has a calming affect. I also learned from a medical doctor that Tulsi Tea a.k.a. Holy Basil Tea lowers cortisol levels. I'm for that! Lower cortisol means less fat on the body and it will also help to lower your blood pressure. I will order again from this company who sent me a second box free with my initial order. I am very glad that I selected to buy the Tulsi Tea from this company. Try this tea you will love it! After my first cup before bedtime, I was very relaxed and I had a good nights sleep, the best sleep that I have had in a long time! There are no drugs in this tea, it is all natural. Go for it!

Great tea! I wanted to buy this after seeing it in Dr Oz show and after reading benefits of Holy basil. It really works!!This tea is energizing while calming and is a great help to me as a woman, with aging and changing hormones,as well as with my common cold and work stress levels.

I bought this after seeing on Dr Oz that it was a natural anti-inflammatory to replace my nightly Naproxin Sodium (Aleve) used to slightly relieve nightly joint pain that hinders sleep and associated from being on a portable feeding tube 13 hours per day for 15 years. I replaced the nightly pill with one cup of the Organic India Original (3 Tulsi teas blend) in the morning and a second about 1 hour before bedtime. Within one week, you could no longer FEEL the external heat around my knees or hips and my hands no longer ached. As to the taste, it reminds me of a cross between a green and a Darjerling and the smell is soothing, so I like it and no honey or sweeteners were added. At about 55 cents per day for the two cups, it is well worth it.
