My 18 year old cat has stage 2 kidney disease and this is the only food she will eat. I find that ordering directly from the Hills website is a hassle because they seem to keep losing the connection to the vet approval and every few orders I have to wait a few days for the vet to go in and reapprove the order. I have set this up on subscribe and save with Amazon and not had a single delay since. My cat is picky about pate and she likes this. I even have to keep my other cats out of it because they want her food instead of their own dry food.

My sweet cat has kidney failure now and the vet prescribed Hills plus another kidney failure food. My cat will not eat the other prescribed food, but he loves this one! Thank god!

I bought this for my kitty that was very sick and not eating her regular cat food. She loved it and it helped to be able to mix her medication with it. Unfortunately, we lost the fight and she passed away. I donated the remaining cats to a friend who runs a wildlife sanctuary to help feed other sick animals. Our cats love this stuff. It’s taken some time to transition them but they gobble it up. Although it smells if u accidentally leave it out for several hours.

Vet recommended for our 10 yr old boy with hypertension. My other two finicky felines also love it. A 3 cat approval rating is a high standard!
