F20T12 Lightbulb

What a great company! Let's just say I had an awesome experience. So my best friend is trying to move his fish into a bigger tank and told me that his light bulb went out after a few years with it. I decided to look on Amazon for the same one or similar and found this brand. When I receive them they were carefully packaged which was awesome. The only problem was that one of them did not work. I immediately sent the seller a message and he replied so quickly, I explained to him that one of the light bulbs did not work and I was interested in a replacement therefore I was going to send him the broken one. I still wanted the business just sent me a working one. He quickly replied of course. No need to send the broken one. That was awesome trust from the seller. I would never hustle anybody out of their business. He sent me two working light bulbs in a few days and that was unexpected. They both work and I literally got three for the price of two. Very good business I will definitely try to buy more from you. What a great experience. I definitely recommend this product. They're very bright by the way.

I don’t ordinarily order lights to be shipped. I just knew they would be in a thousand pieces when I received them but to my surprise and amazement they were not. This is the most aggressive packaging I have seen in a long while. The tubes were packaged I a styrofoam tube fitted to the bulb so as to give them no room to move around and fastened very securely on both ends before being put into their packaging box and then in a shipping box with tons of filling paper. Both work’s beautifully, thanks.

I prefer the whiter light in the kitchen

Not more than a week installed and already he having to switch a few times to work. I may just have to dumb them and get better ones.
