Fantastic!
So, I was really on the edge about buying this intake for my car. I was looking for something that would add a bit of performance while also getting a part to add some customization to my Charger. The price was affordable but I was tossed up on whether to start my changes from the exhaust or start at the engine. I chose the intake because it was cheaper and easier, I cannot be happier that I did.Installation took about an hour and I am sure it could be done faster, but I wanted to be careful and make sure I got it right the first time. My only tip to anyone installing this is to install the tube and air box "loose" first. I installed it loose and adjusted the pipe and box to where it needed to be before tightening everything up. It made getting my spacing and clearances much easier. It was a very easy, direct bolt in part, and overall, I would give it a 3/10 on the difficulty meter. Once done, give it a good few tugs and ensure everything is in there snug and tight. With a few extra minutes spent, it is secure and looks fantastic. Kept my stock parts in case I ever need them.My first drive with this intake in there was a fun moment to enjoy. I could hear a small "whoomp" when I was driving through my neighborhood at slow speeds when I pumped the gas, but this was nothing compared to the first time I got to open the throttle wide open. When you stomp on the gas, you will instantly know, sound, and feel the difference. The response is quicker and as you pass into the 3500RPM range and on up, the intake begins to growl like a beast! I cannot tell you how big of a smile this put on my face! It really adds a fantastic sound to the car that I would have never thought possible from a part as simple as this. Throttle response is quicker and when hitting the higher RPMs, you will notice quite a perfromance increase compared to the stock setup. The really nice thing about this setup is when you are driving or cruising with a normal throttle position, there is literally no extra noise to be had, unlike making exhaust modifications, at idle or cruise, it is just as quiet as it was when stock. When you hit the gas through, it is a whole different story, you literally awaken a sleeping beast. It reminds me of my buddies 79 firebird when I used to slam the pedal to the floor and his holley 4 barrel with 2-1/2 secondaries would open up and literally "whoomp" in the power and pin you to your seat. (in his Firebird though, you could also watch the gas guage go down as long as you kept the throttle pegged. lol)Gas mileage increase? Not for me, but not the fault of the intake. Since installing this intake, I have been having a problem resisting the urge to peg the throttle down. It is just too much fun and sounds entirely too good. Freeway onramp, nail the gas. Pass a car or truck on the freeway, nail the gas. Line up next to an annoying import with a fart muffler, you guessed it, nail the gas. I would have to say that my overall MPG has decreased but that is due to my temporary obnoxious driving. For a moderate couple of days, I tried to keep it easy and was averaging about 27mpg with mixed freeway and street driving. I would assume the mileage is better and when the "new part" honeymoon is over, I will update this post.

Don't Be Intimidated
While this product is not a MUST HAVE, I think if you're looking for fun, relatively easy upgrades this is a good choice. It is advertised to increase horsepower, however I cannot attest to this. It feels like a smoother response when I press the gas, however this may simply me succumbing to the placebo effect. It is advertised to alter the sound of your engine and I can attest to that. It definitely is a pleasant aesthetic upgrade for under your hood. This product came with near-perfect instructions. My only complaint is that the instructions don't go to great lengths to specify which nuts and bolts you should be using on any given step. It just says "with the supplied hardware" so it creates a couple trial and error moments, but this won't derail the entire install. I would highly recommend this product to other car enthusiasts looking for an affordable first project under their hood.

2014 Charger Air Intake......OMG
Ok, I'm kind of following anothers buyers review. I was a little cautious of the performance increase you would get out of this intake system. Wow, was I corrected. The system was a straight forward install. Just like the other gentleman, I took my time and left everything loose until all was in place. The first time I pressed the start button I was deeply pleased with the intake note. Now, I have done both intake and exhaust on my Charger. The exhaust has a nice deep throaty sound. Add the intake and Holy $#!&..... At normal driving speed there is no major change in sound, but punch the throttle and 'whomp' there she goes. As the other gentleman stated, you are awakening a sleeping beast. The throaty intake along with the deep exhaust is a sound that made me giggle in complete ecstasy. The whole time I have been driving the car since instinstallation, I have had the hardest time not sending the throttle pedal to the floor. Now, as far as performance increase, it is noticeable. When the RPM start to get above 3500-4000 it is a whole new car. It is more responsive with more horsepower and torque. Between the exhaust and intake I have gain right around 20 hp. Not a major gain, but still a noticeable one. Back to that intake note, OMG, the sound Is such an exciting sound that you just have to keep taking off Fast from the light. The potential for getting power out of the Pentastar 3.6L V6 engine is there. It is capable of well over 450hp with the right tuning and add-ons. To finish it all off, I am Very happy that I purchased this air intake system. I will do it again for my next vehicle. OMG... what a thing to add to your car.

K & N Cold air intake review
The media could not be loaded. Bought this to install on my wife’s 2016 Dodge Charger SLT 6 cylinder 3.6 l engineWas delivered by USPS on time and in good conditionOpened up box and everything was packaged neatly and protected. Instructions were written out well and made installation easy, took me 2 hrs to installThe only problem I had was the cold air intake sensor spot on new tube needed to be sanded a little for fit but that’s normally the case when chrome is involvedOther than that fit perfectly and big difference in sound and HP when you put the petal to the metalVery happyHope this review helps if you’re on the fence

Fits 2023 Charger Gt perfectly I LOVE IT!
Wow! I installed this today on my 2023 charger gt. I’m blown away how much growl the car has now, it’s a HUGE difference in sound, you’ll notice it right away. I did have to file the sensor hole just a bit because the tack weld was interfering it from completely seating clockwise in the pipe. I really can’t believe how much a difference this made when you step on the gas. Baddddd 🫏. Never installed one before and it took me about two hours start to finish with a couple dab breaks in between.
