Just had keto friendly chicken parmesan with a side of "spagetti" for supper....YUM! I'm very impressed with the texture of the Natural Heaven heart of palm angel hair spagetti. I tried another brand and, though not terrible, was a bit too crunchy (even after boiling the heck out of it). This angel hair was more like aldente pasta and the sauce blended perfectly. All I did was rince and put it in the heated sauce.

If you're trying to eat keto or paleo, Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Pasta is an excellent option to satisfy your pasta cravings. I should note that angel hair is my favorite *real* pasta, so if you're looking for fettuccine or rigatoni, I can't speak to that. But this low-carb, gluten-free thin spaghetti is a very decent stand-in for angel hair. I make my favorite dishes with it — pasta with bolognese and tons of cheese, noodles with spicy peanut Thai sauce, or angel hair with Oscar sauce — all work equally well. According to the package, this is made with nothing except hearts of palm. That's amazing: the texture and mouthfeel really are the closest thing I've found to traditional pasta. Not only that, but the palm doesn't have a particularly strong flavor that overpowers your sauce and seasoning. I've made this pasta at least half a dozen times, and I am back for more — tells you all you need to know.

For years I had been alternating between the low carb black soybean pasta and zuchini noodles whenever I had a craving for pasta. But I've developed a soy allergy and the results if I eat the soy pasta are a day of misery, so I decided to give this palm heart spaghetti a try. Smell is not good. Not gagging bad, but not pleasant. The taste when eaten plain is similar to the smell - not good but not terrible. The taste can be easily hidden with sauce. But the texture is too crunchy to pass for pasta. Will finish what I ordered but will not order again. Ordered palm rice at same time and while smell and taste are simliar to the palm pasta, the rice seems less crunchy and can better pass for rice when covered with a sauce or beans.

Used to be amazing and then they did new packaging that smells toxic and unfortunately the food tastes like that chemical smell its container has! Soooo sad about this cause I lived off these! Do not buy it’s disgusting tastes and smells chemicals

As a Type 1 Diabetic, I eat a very low-carb diet. My husband indulges in Pasta regularly, and I decided to find a pasta that I could enjoy with him. I love this Angel Hair Pasta, and it is very suitable for my diet with little to no effect on my blood sugars, and fabulous nutrition. Make your that you love the taste of Hearts of Palm because that is exactly what this pasta tastes like. It's expensive, but my body is worth it! Thanks for a great product.
