I love flavored coffee, but they often have a weird acidic taste with or after taking a sip, especially with my preferred creamer. Thankfully I can drink this with sugar and milk or my creamer and both preparations are creamy and smooth with perfect notes of vanilla and the light nutty macadamia flavors.I initially was trying to find a replacement to a kona coffee that I loved but maybe went out of business. I was surprised to learn they originated in my hometown of Toledo! Made me want to try it more. I'm glad I did because it's a really great coffee and I plan to try the other flavors/roasts, too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So very disappointed in the 100% Kona 24k Gold. Its tastes stale and weak. For $37 for 7 ounces, this should've been at least better than my local grocery stores $9 can. My mom used to live in Hawaii, so we tried almost every kind of flavor Lion sells, either when we would visit or she'd bring some with her when visiting us. This was no where near on the level of their other flavors. Maybe I got a bag that's been sitting for a while? Definitely would not recommend purchasing.
