Really nice tote - good size, fabric lined on the inside and has some small interior pockets. Leather is great quality and love the color. Straps are wide and don't cut into your shoulder. I have received lots of compliments and have had several express surprise when I told them where I got it and how much - said it "looks expensive". I would have given 5 stars across the board but gave sturdiness a 4 - its really well made I just don't know how well it would hold up if over loaded. I do carry my laptop and some files along with a small purse in it and it is comfortable to carry and has held up thus far.

First: It really does smell weird, and it isn’t a “leather” smell. I love the smell of leather, and this isn’t it. After oiling the bag myself and leaving it in the sun for a week the smell is now only barely noticeable.With that said, I truly love this bag. I needed a bag to carry my laptop and a few other items in for day trips to see my clients. This bag fits the bill while looking stylish and professional. At the same time, it looks great with casual outfits.I sometimes thread a colorful scarf through the holes and tie it shut that way. I also have added a few layers of oil and sat the bag out in the sun for a few days to darken the leather and bring out the vintage style.

Nice and roomy, Nice leather, lots of uses

This product is terribly made. The leather is very low quality grade, and there were several areas on the bag. The straps were not completely finished. They forgot some of the stitching one handle was finished in a square shape, the other side of the handle came to a point like a triangle. You could see the stitching was very loose, you could also see markings on the bag where a candle was supposed to be sewed in, but it was as if whoever made the item did not care that they did not follow the marking guidelines. At first, I thought I could live with the quirkiness of how the bag was put together as a light different thing, however, after really looking at the product, I would be embarrassed to use it. Granted, I know that it was not extremely expensive because I needed it for work but I still like four things to look relatively good and how they are supposed to learn from a picture. The bag that I received very little light that I am in the Amazon ad. I read the reviews, and most all of them said exactly what I am saying, but I always give people the benefit of the doubt but this time I have to say the joke was on me. I should’ve listened to the reviews.Just some words of advice, if the company would take more time to pay attention to detail for cut the price in half then maybe I could understand the issues. I've had it for months now, and it's holding up really well to daily use. I've had zero 'smell' issues; the interior pockets are enough for me, and it stands up by itself. It is light when empty - unlike a lot of other leather totes, which are heavy with nothing in them. Mine looks exactly like the photo. I shopped for a long time and finally bought it, and I'm sorry I waited so long now. It's comfortable and simple, not over-styled or designed. Delighted by this purchase! The color of the bag was spot on, and the size of the bag was amazing, but that’s about where the positive review ends, there is a smell, that I can not place, not quite chemical, not quite organic, sure it’s not that new leather smelly thing to the the the brand name of . I have left the bag out for a couple of days now, and it still is very present. The other issue I have is with the stitching, it’s a very bad job and only a matter of time before it comes loose. Sadly I believe I will be returning this bag. I wanted to really love it…

The tote is small. Nice finish and color is accurate like the one advertised. No bad smell noticed other than leather. Well stiched. No blemishes noticed but will need some leather conditioner to soften up a little more. A decent buy for toting around small items such as a laptop or books. If you need this to tote around some clothes then all you're going to have room for is about 2 pairs of jeans, a t-shirt and sweater. That's it.
