I do a lot of baking and, between cookbooks and little pieces of paper with recipes getting leaned up against something, this holder is perfect! I love that there are weights to hold the cookbook pages in place. I just use a clothespin at the top of the holder to attach recipe cards or notes. It is pretty and sturdy. I love it!

I absolutely love this bookstand. I’ve researched and read reviews for days before I settled on this one and I definitely made the right choice. It is beautiful in the kitchen. It is very rustic so if anybody doesn’t like the old rustic look, then you won’t like it. They could’ve been a little neater on the back when making it look old and rusty; but the back is against my wall and you can’t see it. But even if I move it around to a different counter, it just looks old and worn and that’s cool with me. It’s well made and holds the book at the perfect height and angle!

This looks great on my sideboard and is very functional when baking or cooking and reading the recipes from your favourite cookbook. Displays well and is great to keep a nice book on for display.

If you wash this item, you must dry if immediately and completely. I let mine air dry and came back to if fully covered in rust..It is, however, nice and heavy and very beautiful. Very functional.

It does what it's supposed to do, so I can't complain about that. It looks nice too. The only issue is, the sheet of metal the books rests on is badly warped.

This product came fully assembled. Its patina matches the antique vibes in our modern kitchen. I needed something that would allow me to charge my iPad from the bottom as my meal prep app doesn’t rotate on the screen so this was great!
