I love this warmer! I thought the original color was unique. But now, after using it on a daily basis, it's even better! It has turned to black from the lighter green which makes the candle glow even better.It's very heavy and durable as well. Breakable warmers and I do not have a good track record!I highly recommend this product!*The picture shows the after using...not the before using. Either way it's good!

Just as described. I use it to melt the unused candle wax when the wick is done but wax still usable.

I love this warmer. The stone is beautiful and the craftsmanship is exceptional.I’m disappointed that it isn’t the color of stone as pictured. I wanted the warm brown color to match my bathroom. This is not as pictured.Good quality item that will last for years.

As many others have posted, the bowl cracked after the 2nd use. I found a cool little brass bowl that fits in the original opening and works great this way (and looks really cool!).

I was worried because Amazon marked this as a "frequently returned item". I'm keeping mine. The soapstone is heavy and beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. Whatever metal cup is mentioned in many reviews was not a part of the one I received. I had none of the cracking or leaking mentioned in other reviews, either. The description clearly says that color may vary - the one I got is greenish. I got it as a gift for my wife. She loves it so I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought this and actually use it under a terracotta planting pot to help heat up around my table. works and with melts in top smells great in there.

I should have read the reviews! The metal cup came right out. The first time I used it I put the tart cube in the metal cup. Then I thought I would not use the metal cup, I put the tart directly in rthe removanble soap stone cup, hige mistake, the soapstone was very uneven & it made a huge mess. I now think my metal cup was not GLUED this is why it came out. When usine the metal cup, after cooling I put it in the freezer which makes its very easy to remove the wax, comes right out. Like other reviewers I hope the metal cup is safe to use, how would we know? I love soap stone & will look for another one.
