The packaging provided a lot of protection. Good instructions were included for easy assembly. The cart is sturdy, stylish, and a great value.

Came packaged very well. Easy to assemble, instructions very clear. Quality good for the price, sturdy, functional and attractive.

We received our bar cart and tried to put it together and immediately knew something was wrong. The directions state that the bar cart should take around 30 minutes to put together and we were hitting the one hour mark. After some close examinations we were able to see that one of the pieces wasn't manufactured properly. I emailed Nathan James customer service, sent pictures and heard back from them immediately. They were apologetic, helpful and sent us a replacement right away - without any of the hassle of sending our defected one back (which Amazon would have made us do).We got our replacement bar cart a couple days later, put it together in less than 30 minutes, and we are now enjoying our cart.It looks great, it is good quality, and the directions were fun (some cute jokes in there) and easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend this product and their customer service!

Easy to assemble but not quite IKEA quality - holes not perfectly aligned

Once you figure out assembly which is difficult and screws don’t go easily through holes (need other tools to help) it is beautiful and works well

We absolutely love our bar cart and have gotten so many compliments. Our first purchase had 2 of the same pieces. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me an entire new cart, not just the piece I was missing. I didn’t even have to return the original one. It came within a week! And then a couple weeks later, we received some Godiva chocolates as an additional apology for the mistake. Their customer service was amazing. Even with the mistake I would highly recommend this product/company. They really take responsibility and do everything to make it right with their customers.The bar cart looks amazing. It was super easy to assemble once we had the right parts 😉

I love the Sally Bar Cart, the black metal and glass shelves are the perfect compliment for our home. I waited a few years before adding on to the space because I was concerned a cart would take up too much space and feel cluttered however the glass shelves on the cart help give the illusion that the space is still open. The Sally bar cart was well worth the wait. I know it will continue to be a staple in our home throughout the holidays and entertaining. The top shelve is a great way to add extra counter space to any home, we have used it for drinks appetizers and dessert!!

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to be sure to share my experience. The bar cart looks great, and is exactly what we wanted, however one of the true stand outs was the customer service we received. When the bar cart arrived, we attempted to put it together and just could not seem to get a final piece to align. We contacted Nathan James and they immediately responded and sent us a new bar cart (where the pieces aligned perfectly). The experience was already pretty hassle free, but on top of that, we later received a box of chocolates and a note apologizing for any hassle. Would definitely order from Nathan James again. Quality product, and great service.

I love this bar cart! It looks so nice in my place, the matte finish is so clean and it is the perfect size!It is on the more expensive side compared to other options, however, it is very high quality!

I loved the sturdiness and the overall simple instructions for assembly. The instructions were funny and had some sense of humor to them, and the instructions and diagrams were incredibly easy to comprehend. The tempered glass is great with what I have loaded on them, and the form factor of the cart itself justifies the price. Would definitely recommend.
