The media could not be loaded.  I just installed this so not sure of the durability however so far I like it. My old faucet was dripping nonstop. It took longer to remove the old faucet (about 3 hrs because it was so old and rusted) than it did to install this new one. It took about 15 min to install. I was hesitant because I never heard of this brand and the price was so much less. You know the saying "cheap pays twice"? Well i hope this doesn't come back to bite me in the *** later. However, so far so good! I saved almost $600 because I could install it myself (was quoted $400 by a plumber to install just a faucet) and the price was almost half the price of other white faucets (prices avg about $100+). I like the look, I like the water pressure from the sprayer, I like that the neck swivels and the sprayer moves back into it's home automatically and snug.

The media could not be loaded.  I had a Pfister that leaked after about a year so I purchased this one, never brought the Peppermint brand before, very easy to install once I took the Pfister off, and looks great! I had to cut the Pfister off as the bolt was corroded and wouldn't turn, this one comes with a nice long mounting bolt shown in the pic, very easy to put on and I'm sure to take off, I like easy!

The faucet is very easy to install and use. it is delivered two days ago and installed yesterday, not sure the sturdiness. it is designed good, there is no metal bolt, nut which is not good for parts touching water.

I needed (wanted) a replacement for my old High arc white faucet as it didn't hold up well. So after much searching, and few results, I found this one. Good customer reviews AND good industry review.The whole job took less than one hour including removal of old parts and cleanup.When I opened the box I was impressed with the high quality packaging. Very simple to install with basic plumbing skills. The sprayer is actually mounted on a metal ball swivel at the hose which i expect to add less stress to the hose.Now...for what I don't like. The first may just be what I'm acclimated to. The temp handle goes back for cold and forward for hot. I'm sure I'll adapt, though.The second is the red/blue dots on the handle can NOT be seen from a normal use position so you don't easily no which way to go.All in all, the positive features out weigh the minor issues.11/2021 Update. I found everything in the description to be spot on. I replaced an existing faucet and if the old one had come out as easy as this one went in I would have been finished in about 45 minutes! Regardless, it comes with everything for installation, was simple to install and works just fine. The one thing we have found that is frustrating is that the nozzle is so high from the bottom of the sink. We have a deep well sink and coupled with the height of the spout and nozzle you can almost put a five gallon bucket in the sink under the nozzle! Due to this height it creates a splash problem. Not a deal breaker, but if the overall height were 2-3 inches lower it would be perfect (IMO).

Beware. The white finish on this faucet started chipping around the handle in less than a year. We were living with the chipped finish and have had the faucet for 2 years now, but recently we had to disconnect the plumbing for a home project and when the plumber tried to reconnect it, the hot water attachment is leaking. I reached out to the manufacturer since this product is supposed to be under warranty. They were responsive at first, but have completely ghosted and now we're left hanging without a working kitchen faucet. Don't waste your money.
