Great value for your money, includes 3 levels (Easy, Medium, Hard) and is great especially for home workouts and need more of a challenge. Very sturdy and durable.

Very high quality product
The quality is very high. They do require to be broken in a bit as the elastic doesn’t have much give. However, after 5-10 uses they allow a lot more movement.They do not move as you are working out, which I have had issues with other resistance bands. The material feels nice in the skin.The 3 levels are also good step ups from each other to allow smooth progression. Overall, they are definitely worth the money and have made my workouts way easy and more enjoyable.
