Beyond frustrated and the photos are as far as I got with this product.... It will not let me sign up... THE APP is CRAP!!! Please listen to the reviews they are telling the truth... I took a chance thinking I wouldn’t have this issue and am mad at myself because that is usually how I determine if I’m buying a product is based on good reviews... Lesson learned!! I am already sending back and will be looking for a product that actually works and with better reviews. The cameras might work good but if you can’t use the app what’s the point!!

These took some doing to get set up but once I figured it out, they work great. A lot depends on your WI-Fi. Nice to be able to check out your house from 8 states away. One of the camera quit after less than a year. Will no longer power on. Nice view....when they work.

I spent about 45 minutes trying to get the cameras to establish connection to my Wi-Fi. I do live in the rural Midwest, so my internet is not the fastest, but it was within the parameters for these to work. It seems like there may have been something wrong with the cameras themselves, and I didn't feel like sending an email to their tech support for it to be ignored for six months.

When they work they work ok. I bought 4 just for the challenge, since the reviews were so crappy. They are way too complicated to get to pair and the app isn't great either. One of the 4 died in less than 60 days, so good luck.

Received my package two days ago. Opened this morning to find box had already been opened and directions are not in box and one set of cables missing. The ammiccom z5 cameras are in box but appears to have been tampered with. The ring door view cam appears to be intact.

I did not receive the manual with it so I’m not sure how to do what I need to with my cameras. How do I get a manual so I can set up my cameras properly?These cameras suck. Do not buy them. The app is horrible and the cameras don’t work. I waited too long to set them up so now I can’t return them. Ridiculous
