The crucial part of an excellent tool

blade grind
Found that one side of this replacement blade was not ground well and only lasted 20 mins (not good for the price), the other side was good but still not as good as the blade supplied with the original supplied tool holder which was excellent. Am wondering if these blades can be sharpened by hand - and with what?
