For me, the best selling point of this product was reducing the lactic acid build up in muscles after a work out in the gym. There is a helpful instructional video on the product’s website. It makes you work with affected body parts more efficiently. The massager roller is made of sturdy, but soft material and is light in weight. Definitely, it is going into my gym bag. I look forward using it often.

This works really well for rolling out my muscles before and after working out. I gave it four stars because it makes a lot of noise while using it. I hope it lasts for a while, because I use it several times per week.

We had one just like this in my gym at work and found myself using it everyday during my breaks. I decided to order my own and i use it after the gym, bike rides, and jiujitsu. This thing is awesome and seems sturdy, recommending them to other folks I know.

I'm happy with this foam roller. It feels as good as the trigger point rollers I've tried in the past. For context, I'm a beginner at foam rolling. I've tried the white foam ones and they aren't hard enough but this one is firm enough for me. When I put pressure down on it it does not give and feels sturdy. Definitely worth it.

I had expected a "foam" roller to have some give and play in it, but this thing may as well be made out of hard plastic. It's incredibly firm and does not have any softness at all. If you're morbidly obese, this might give you confidence that it will support your excess weight. For everyone else, use with great caution as it actually hurts to use on your already-sore back.

Love this thing. I needed a roller to keep by my desk because sitting at my computer all day drives causes discomfort in my back and drives me crazy. It’s the perfect size- easy to tuck away under a desk and put in a gym bag if necessary. My coworkers love it too. would 100% buy it again but I have a feeling that I could use it for another 5 years at least.

Picked this roller as really liked the colour and metallic finish as per pic. What I received was another colour that sells 30% cheaper on Amazon without return option.
