So far I am very happy with this bike. It came packaged very well and was easy to put together. The electric components were already connected and all I had to do was attach the monitor to the handlebars. I added a rack to this bike which was easy to dobecause they already had screw holes by the rear wheel and to my amazement some rack bolt holes behind the seat so I didn’t evenhave to attach it to the seat post. (see photo). I also put a front fender on because they already had the bolt for it on the bike.It rides smooth and I have been riding it in 20 degree F. weather without a problem. I did have to slightly adjust the derailerbecause it skipped 4th gear when I first got it, otherwise no problems. I got on the internet & read how to do it- was easy.

Love this bike! Have only had it a few days and only put 50 miles on it but I am having so much fun with it. Can’t wait to take it out again this weekend. I’m 5’10 and although I can barely touch the ground while on the seat I can easily fit over the crossbar. I was going to replace the stem to lower the seat since the one it comes with has a shock absorber, a fella at the local bike shop told me that is not the correct way to sit on it. It is meant to ride higher and as long as I can fit over the crossbar that’s all that matters. It works fine for me when I come to a stop I just slide forward off the seat and can stand just fine.PS. - My S900 LCD screen has a little fog on the screen (maybe some moisture). I messaged the dealer with a picture of it and they responded the next day to inform me they are sending a replacement. Excellent service. They aren’t able to help much on getting any advice on accessories for the bike but otherwise I am extremely happy with my purchase so far. Will update once I’ve logged more miles.

This is by far the best E-Bike I've tried and love the fat tires and powerful battery, it's cool looking and is great on flat roads and hills. I have NO buyers remorse at all!Update- I have over 600 miles on this bike and I've had no problems at all.I have been trying since November to get Rattan and Amazon to assist me with some sort of compensation for the defective Rattan 26" 350V 7 speed with Ipass for adults that I purchased in November. I tried to work with the seller to no avail and since I stopped payment on my cc I can't use the A-Z insurance. My CC company ended up putting the money back on my account, so now I'm stuck with a lemon.MY POINT IS, that it if I wasn't totally hosed by both companies, I wouldn't have purchased this INCREDIBLE BIKE! DON'T WASTE TIME WITH ANOTHER BRAND! Trust me, I got ripped off by Rattan and know that ECOTRIC would take care of it's customers. Pay the extra money, it's worth it!

Overall I am pleased with this bike. There are a few very minor things that are annoying but nothing that would discourage buying if I had to do it over again. The stickers they put on the rims are on with super glue! Lol... And the clamp/adjustable neck for the handlebars could stand some improvement in design.... Needs deeper teeth to secure better. I weigh about 195 and max out on flat ground at 20/21 mph which is sufficient for my purposes. This speed doesn't really change with 30+lbs of groceries on my back. Its a big bike, very solid overall and comfortable ride.****Update***** I'd like to give credit to the manufacturer for speedy customer service response, especially considering it is during the Coronavirus pandemic, I wrecked the bike on an icy road and needed a replacement part and they were very helpful and got the part to me quickly....

First off, I love this ebike, it is my favorite of the 5 different ebikes I own.It arrived early due to the seller's multiple warehouses in the USA (this is a +1 toward the good). Arrived with a broken spoke on the front wheel, the box was partially crushed, and the vendor must have a free unlimited supply of tie-wraps, because there were like 20 plus foam and tape over everything (minus one for the broken spoke). My local bike shop said this broken spoke nipple was an, "oddball size," but fixed it for $20usd... Okay I guess, this thing has been further on a ship than 99% of people reading this review. Relatively easy to assemble, I just had to clamp on the handlebar and insert the front wheel. As of this writing I have only ridden the bike 60 miles. For the first 40 miles the front disc brake pads were dragging and squealing, no biggie that seems to have gone away except during heavy braking then both discs groan a bit. Don't let anyone fool you, this bike is HUGE I have the seat post set down to the lowest possible position, and at ~6' I tiptoe to the ground, or lean the bike over when at a stop. The diameter of the handlebar is FAT, so standard accessories might not fit, no biggie. The WIDTH of the handlebar is like a longhorn steer, super wide. The finish on the handlebar is some kind of black oxide coating, and near the sea where I live after only 2 months has started to show some surface rust, no biggie, I plan on putting a more narrow chrome handlebar on it soon. THIS BIKE IS FAST. No bones about it, unless you have some weird custom built ebike, this thing is fast. 25mph 200lbs, flat surface, no pedaling. Pedestrians beware. So the only thing missing are a rear main battery powered taillight, and a main battery powered headlight. The included "bullet" headlight runs off like 3 AA batteries. I put a rear rack on it, and love it. I WANT FENDERS ASAP, but none as of this writing are available from the seller (January 11, 2020). Overall this has become my favorite ebike. My only question is the S900 computer has a spot for wattage, but never shows a reading... Anyone know why? The price has jumped around a bit, but I don't think you will find a better ebike at this price point especially considering the 1000w motor and twist throttle. Soon the snowflakes will only allow use a 250W motor with PAS only, no throttle. They are Wimps, and should stay out of our darn FREEDOM.

200 miles in two months at the time of this review, very satisfied with my experience. I truly love riding these bikes, they're powerful and long battery life. Ecotric components perform very well, great value. Ecotric's quality and value was so impressive I decided to buy a second 20" 48v folding bike, both are very good bikes.
