Crafky Premium Quick and Easy DIY Cheese Kit, with Cheese Salt, Citric Acid and Vegetarian Rennet

I use half a tablet and 1.5 teaspoons of citric acid to 1 gallon of fresh milk (flash pasteurized, non-homogenized) to make the best mozzarella cheese I've ever eaten! I make it quite often, I can make 20 batches of cheese (I get about 1 pound of cheese per gallon of milk).HIGHLY recommended.

This was a great purchase and would definitely recommend. The directions were easy to follow and with the exception of adding an extra pinch of salt it turned out perfect. Glad that I decided to purchase and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun way to make some mozzarella cheese in their own kitchen.

This kit was cheaper than others but you, don't actually, get what you pay for. It's just two tiny packets of salt and citric acid (like yeast packets) and one rennet tablet. For $5 more you get 10x the product in other kits.

Bought this as a gift, so I haven't tried it yet but the packaging is good and the product looks promising.

I think this was a great idea, it complemented a homeschool unit we were doing. It is easy, doesn't require anything you don't already have in your kitchen. Unfortunately our rennet was kinda old so we didn't set well, I did a little research and was able to save the cheese, we still got a little stretch. It takes a gallon of mild that isn't ultra pasteurized and makes two generous balls of mozzerrella.

It was a fun thing to do making cheese the package came in good shape however inside not so much the tablets were broken up and the salt wasn’t sealed well and spilled out everywhere.

Great product. Worked well. Had to use more salt than it called for otherwise it would have been pretty bland

Rennet tablet probably outdated. Did not clump, did not form curds. Ended up with something a bit like ricotta cheese so will end up eating it. Probably.
