Great value...Still going strong
Great value for your money! Very quite motor and so far seems sturdy! I have a good bit of knowledge as to the parts and how it goes together...but for someone who does not...it might be a little confusing. It does show pics of how to assemble so that helps! I would definitely recommend this product. Great for someone just getting startedUPDATE:...BE SURE TO HAVE THE TURNER ROD GOING CLOCKWISE!! OTHERWISE IT WILL UNTWIST AND STOP TURNING!! AND ALSO THE ROD IS TO LONG!! AFTER I WENT TO CHECK ON MY TUMBLER, I FOUND IT LYING ON THE FLOOR AND ALL THE EPOXY RAN OFF OF IT ONTO THE FLOOR AS WELL!! LUCKLY IT WAS NOT ON CARPET!! I CUT THE ROD SHORTER AND USED FOAM ROLL THAT YOU ROLL AROUND THE ROD INSTEAD OF THE "POOL NOODLE" IT'S STILL A GREAT VALUE..BUT ONCE I FIGURED THAT OUT I THOUGHT IT COULD HELP SOMEONE ELSE OUT SO THE DIDN'T GO THRU WHAT I DID!!2ED UPDATE: This is the best turner I have ever purchased! Still very quite...It's now April of 2021 and this turner is still going strong and runs 24/7 when in use and that is at least 3 to 4 times a week! I'm fixing to purchase a 2ed one.

Great for glitter tumblers!
The media could not be loaded. The product exceeded my expectations. It is quiet and does its job well (at the fraction of the price the retail store down the road wanted for a spinner). This is my first time making a resin glitter tumbler. The components to making a tumbler aren't cheap, and since it was my first one I was wary to invest in something that might aggregate me more than help me in the process. My boyfriend was able to assemble everything in 5-10 minutes. All the hardware was present, all the pieces were unbroken, and once assembled, everything was level and ready to go. This is what I wanted! To be able to get going and NOT have to worry if the turner was going to do the job or not.Make sure the styrofoam part your cup is on is flush with the PVC pipe. If it isn't there is a chance for the cup to fall off. I used Walmart's Ozark Trail 30 ounce double wall stainless steel, and it fit great. I am pleased because I was initially skeptical and was wondering why it was so inexpensive compared to the ones sold at the craft shop. Thank you!

Seems to Work Okay
Updated 6/20: I have now used this cup turner to make an epoxy tumbler and some things to consider. Every time I tied to use the turner a piece got loose and the motor would spin but the white pipe would not. When I was finishing up a cup I had to completely take the turner apart to remove the pipe and tighten. It almost destroyed the cup I was working on and I had to spin it myself while my boyfriend helped me take the turner apart. When it works, it works well; however, there has been an issue every time I tried to use it.I was really excited to purchase this cup turner to begin making tumblers for friends/family. When putting the turner together, it was much easier to have a second person there to help as the pieces are pretty tiny (I had to use some tweezers to get the screw through one part because my fingers couldn't fit). Also, I was only sent 3 of the 4 screws to connect the clapboards to the base plate; however, it seems sturdy enough to hold the cup pictured. I am currently working with customer service to see if they will send replacement pieces and will update my review once I have my first project turning.

Gives me nice flawless tumblers and motor does not get HOT after continous use.
This was a no brainer setting up. It works nice and gives a well leveled workspace. This works well on average cups, 20 oz skinny. Metal tumblers [not for 30 oz metal tumbler nor 16 oz skinny tumbler]Things I love about it, it does not heat up. I've had this bad boy running for a good while and motor does not heat up.The turner has given me good even results. The plug for the turner has good quality prongs [I have some other ones that are cheaper]I had an issue with first turner had unflushed bamboo that the tumbler turner wasn't smoothly working. Customer service was quick and great.

Great inexpensive tool for crafters
I like to follow the crafting trends. Crafting is my time that I get to focus on something other then the ever growing pile of laundry and dishes. I can take something simple and turn it into something different and I wanted to be able to do the same thing with cups. But in order to create the personalized cups everyone suddenly has I would need a turner. I tried making one but kept getting pieces that did not measure up or wrong size. This kit came with everything you need. You will need a screwdriver to put this together because it does not come assembled. But with the directions it is very easy to complete. Make sure you have a level because if you do not level out your pipe your cups will have streaks and pits. In order for you cup to turn and have a even coat of epoxy make sure everything is level.I really enjoy using this kit and makes it easy to prep my cup and then just let it turn.

Needs Work
I bought a complete tumbler turning kit and this as an extra turner. First of all you can throw the "foam" that comes with it away. It has no traction being plastic rather than foam. Although the cup will fit onto it and feel sturdy, it will fall off in a matter of minutes. I speak from experience. I also have problems with the pvc rotating arm coming out of the fitting that attached it to the motor. Just when I thought I had this fixed, the screw holding the fitting on came loose so the motor was spinning but not the tumbler. The other turner I purchased was far superior to this one. This is a good price but you will need to be attentive and perhaps do some engineering to replace the foam and ensure the arm mechanism is properly attached with a washer or glue or all of the above. I'm not quite sure yet as I have set it aside mid project and will have to fool with it later. Oh, yeah, this also turns very slowly compared to the other. Some jay like that when trying to work. It's like 1 rotation per 20 seconds.
