Forno Bonomi Savoiardi Ladyfingers 17 1/2 oz. package

I've bought these for tiramisu several times now and it comes out PERFECT every time! Usually I find tiramisu can get WAY too soggy, but these are SO perfectly dense that the texture stays perfect even after sitting for days (on the rare occasion it even lasts that long LOL)

Perfect amount for making a large batch of Tiramisu for Christmas. They absorbed the espresso and Irish cream perfectly without falling apart during assembly. They are nice and light.

I'd never used ladyfingers before so I had to do some quick research when my sister asked for a specific dessert for her birthday. These tasted really good, and held up very well in the dessert.

I find ladyfingers hard to find where I live, so I was so happy to find these online! I made tiramisu with them and they were perfect in every way. They arrived unbroken, and the texture of them in the dessert was just right. Taste was great too. Will be purchasing again next time!
