Works as described and easy to use.
Makes perfectly round eggs on the griddle. Used while some relatives were visiting and we made sausage, egg, cheese biscuits just like at the local Mic D’s. Once the egg is slightly cooked the egg ring can be gently removed so that you can flip the egg for over easy style. Made both sunnyside up and over easy and also a couple where the yoke was broke for one person who did not like runny yokes. If anyone says this does not work as described and that the eggs leak under the ring and spread out beyond the ring then they are not using it correctly and need to actually read the instructions and not just look at pictures. I had one egg out of four the first time I used these leak under the ring but that one was my fault as I bumped the ring with my hand as I cracked the egg into the ring. Have made over two dozen perfectly round eggs since I got these and expect to use them almost every day.Easy to use and clean. I also have a couple metal ones that work just as good but find the silicone ones easier to store away in a drawer.Final note: apply non-stick spray or cooking oil to the inside of the ring as instructed and there is no sticking of the egg to the egg ring.

They do the job!
I've been using these as egg molds to make fried eggs for breakfast sandwiches and they do the job. They don't sit completely flat to the pan, so some egg white leaks out, but it is not a deal breaker for me. They clean up easily.

In LOVE with this product!!
Not bad for my first go around. I made pancake mix and made mini pancakes in one set, an egg in another, and it came out perfect. It was a little trial and error. Figuring out how much pancake mix went into the ring, what temp it cooked on, which side of the ring to use, etc. But we figured it out and came out with the perfect little pancake sandwich, or even just mini pancakes, and eggs in one pan, and sausage in another. Saves washing a third pan every time I want pancakes, eggs, and sausage for breakfast.I got a 4pk of the rings for $7.50. I got 2 sets because I cook a lot. It says they are dishwasher safe, but it's just as easy for me to hand wash them. Spray them, for sure, before you use them, (or grease them whatever floats your boat), because food WILL stick. But beyond that, they are fabulous. The little handle that sticks up is awesome. Just pick it up carefully, and kind of rock it side to side a little to loosen one side and the rest will come loose easily. Totally recommend these if you like to build breakfast sandwiches for the family or morning commutes for yourself. You can make a bunch of these and freeze them. Pancake batter freezes. You can make these, freeze them individually, and then stack them, take them out the night before, set them in the fridge, and let them thaw, and then reheat, cook your egg and sausage, and wrap and go. You can also just as easily use them for something like a little mini-hamburger, or a little mini-egg scramble.Just remember that the higher you fill the little container, the lower you have to set your heat. It has nowhere to go, so it will end up burning your bottom before it cooks it through. That was one of the trial and errors we figured out. But the rings themselves are amazing and I love them.

OK for the price but there are better options out there
I purchased these to replace a 30 year old set of stainless rings that our daughter was given by a McDs owner at from her first job. Those were lost in a recent move and cannot be replaced. Those were heavy, commercial grade so I won't do a direct comparison to those. When I first tried these, despite the fact no instructions were included with the rings, they simply did not work. Even after pre-heating the rings as suggested in another review , the whites of raw eggs would simply flow under the ring. After several days of trying I finally was able to get an egg to stay within the ring but but without adding a large amount of unwanted vegatable oil to cover the bottom of the pan and essentially float the raw egg within the ring until cooked. I tried non-stick cooking spray but that didn't work. Well I prefer not to have the added calories of cooking oil not to mention wasting so much of it each time just to fry an egg so these went back to Amazon. Next I tried several of the stainless steel cooking rings sold here on Amazon. Even though those were stainless they were way to lightweight to contain a raw egg. I guess I was spoiled having owned a set of the commercial stainless rings from McDs. After trying several additional versions of the stainless rings offered here on Amazon I finally realized they are all from the same manufactrer and would not work. I finally settled on a pan specially designed to make round eggs. You can fry 4 eggs at the same time and no worries of them leaking becuase the design of the pan has four indentions pressed in the bottom of the frying pan. This solution seems to work for now. These silicone rings would be OK if used to fry something solid like hashbrowns, corn beef hash, grits, or even pancakes since the batter is thick enough not to flow under the ring. However unless you are willing to use large amounts of oil, for raw eggs this product is a fail! The seller should remove eggs from the product title!

Surprised that they actually work
When I 1st used 1, I had it laying wrong. The egg and pancake batter leaked around the edges. I turned it over and it works just fine now. I like an egg over easy on my pancake with no pancake sticking out. I have made grilled cheese for my great grandbabies and it was the right size for them. The egg sandwich I made was inside the bread and not hanging out and messy. Glad I bought this product. Am going to try finely diced veggies next time and see how it turns out. I am going to experiment with different foods that require small portions. Wish me luck. LolReally should have bought this product sooner

Messy Silicone pancake forms
I've tried using these a few times with poor success. Pancake batter slips under the rings while cooking, and removing the ring to turn the pancakes makes a mess. Perhaps they work better with eggs? I'm not even going to try. Maybe something like this needs to be made of a heavier material.
