This 5 pack came well packaged but did not work in my Canon MF632. It just covered the whole paper with all the inks. I bought Canon brand cartridges and the printer is working fine now.That being said, I contacted customer support. Amanda helped me and was wonderful. Not being able to fix them, they gave me a full refund without delay.I wasn't happy that the product didn't work, but they responded like champs (even though I bought the set and didn't open it to install them for several months).

good batch. I do notice sometimes these off brands get wonky color and saturation wise, when they low. But still better than paying an arm and a leg. thank you.

The toner works in my Canon laser printer but the colors are not bright and crisp like the name brand toner. Muted tones, colors look washed out. Black (monochrome) works without any noticeable difference.

I ordered these in 2020 and had some issues with streaking on the pages with various colors. I reached out to the vendor, who was very helpful and sent new cartridges to me as replacements. But these also experienced issues with streaking and poor quality.I finally broke down and purchased real Canon cartridges and they resolved all of my streaking issues and print excellent. I know the Canon cartridges are waaay more money, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.Update: The company reached out to me after I posted the above review and were sent addition cartridges and, so far these have been better. We have not seen any of the above issues with streaking or leaking colors. Next time I need cartridges, I will consider this company again. I have updated my review to 4 stars for all of their efforts.

I was really happy with these it was a great value but the black toner cartridge started streaking and ghosting with 80% of the toner life remaining

I'll never pay for branded OEM toner cartridges again. These STAROVER cartridges appear to be every bit the same quality construction and performance as Canon's 045 product at a small fraction of the cost!- Effortless installation: These dropped into my Canon MF634cdw just like the factory originals with no problems or fuss. Instantly recognized by printer and PC app with no error messages. Reporting 100% for all four cartridges by printer UI and remote computer UI/app.- Excellent performance: So far (50+ pages) the STAROVER cartridges have operated perfectly with no error messages. Absolutely no "knocks" or strange sounds as reported by some users.I do believe I may have noticed a very slight drop-off in print vibrancy and density. However, I was able to compensate for this quite easily with the following tweaks using the Canon Office Printer Utility:- Go to Remote UI > Settings/Registration > Custom Settings > Printer Settings > Print Quality- Turn off "Toner Save"- Increase "Density" for all cartridges to 8 (default=0, max=8); adjust per your own preference.Again, these are excellent aftermarket 045 toner cartridges for the Canon MF634/632 series printers - at an ink-jet price! Drop these in, save $200+ and you'll never know that you don't have the so-called "Genuine Canon" OEM toner in your machine.

I had used the previous version of the product by STAROVER. There was some strikes, minor leaks and the black is not so black. So the print becomes less readable at 30%~50% left shown in my Canon MF634 printer. So I tried the newer version of this product.The install instructions were not so clear about removing the lef/right "earing" plugs, and it almost damaged my printer and caused strong leak. After I fixed the issue, when everything were at 100% left, the black is not so even and black after printing 40 pages. I printed mostly scientific papers and publications. I decided it does not worth the trouble dealing with so I returned.
