I’m just learning to fillet fish & this knife has made all the difference between filleting & butchering. It is very sharp which I found out twice before I was more careful using it. The sharpener that comes with it works well. It only takes a few swipes & the knife is back to its sharpest.

For the first time ever, I was able to cut a chicken breast lengthwise into two thin pieces. I was totally amazed over the sharpness of this knife and look forward to continue use with cutting different meats.

The handle looks a little cheap and generic but the blade is sharp and it comes with a sharpener so worth the price

Seems to be a good product, easy to handle, case is nice, durable and came very sharp.

The knife arrived well-packaged. The colorful sheath fits the blade well and securely, while simultaneously allowing easy access and easy cleaning if you get the sheath dirty. The included two-slot sharpener might be handy for some. I am not a fan of pull-through sharpeners.The blade's edge was not as sharp as I expected. This was easily rectified by a few minutes of stropping (not re-sharpening). Length and flexibility are great.I think this was money well-spent.

This is an excellent knife. Fits the hand very well and holds a very sharp edge. I use it in my kitchen.

This knife didn’t fillet the fish the way I expected it to. I was very disappointed in the performance of the fillet knife. Unfortunately I would not recommend this knife to anyone.
