I've been trying so hard to get one of these car holder to work just as I want it because I've previously used the ones that stick on the windshield. Those always lose their stickyness and leave marks after a while.The excellent quality of the phone holder can tightly held the phone even with the phone case on. I first tried it mount on my shelf. It is extendable fully extended will not prone to fall off with large phone(I'm using iphone xs max with 6mm phone case). Attached isconfigured under any angle and will not leave any stubborn marks .Absolutely FIVE Stars for:1, Strong hold and not stickly sunction cup.2, Easy to be installed and come with the vent clip.3, Can be mounted in anywhere you want at any angle.Delighted with this purchase as I'm sure it will last a long time and is very versatile! I purchased this for an S20 plus with a case.The phone sits on 2 prongs and there are 2 vertical sides with the left having a ratchet clamp so it slides against the phone and holds it securelyIt can hold a much larger phone than the one I've got.There is a press release button on the left to release the phone.It's easy to get to the button and when released the phone is supported on the prongs so it doesn't fall off.There is free access for the charging cable.I used it on an air vent so I cannot comment on the suction cup.The air vent clamp is sturdy and grips well without getting loose.There is a ball and socket type joint to attach the phone holder to the air vent mount, with a lobed knob to tighten it.I have been doing less driving since the lockdown but it hasn't come loose yet!The only issue is that there is not a lot of space to between the holder and the vent clamp to tighten the knobs. It's a bit fiddly, but doable.4 stars.

I ordered my 2nd Andobil phone holder, and like the 1st purchase the product is working well.The adhesion on to the windscreen is very good, easy to construct, easy to alter position when needed, I like the button, ensuring the phone can easily be removed from the holder. I did initially try the vent bracket, but I have round vents and it was not suitable, but the suppliers are supplying a clip. My slight concern about mounting it on the vent especially in the winter months is the hot air potentially, may cause the phone to overheat. I didn't have this problem and I relocated to the wind screen which is perfect.The delivery was prompt and Ashley has been very good informing myself and others no doubt on any updates.I certainly recommend this product.

Would highly recommend. I use both the dash mount and the air vent mount. The holder is not going to let go off your phone. The vent mount can be tightened and so will not fall off. I would recommend using the bottom most vent line as this has quite a bit of leverage and I could see it snapping the plastic if you went over a speed bump from the up/down movement. I can easily switch to the dash mount for longer journeys and when not in use the arm flattens low enough that it is no longer in the way of the windshield. The adhesive, even though not fully flay with the dash, has not given up yet and hopefully will not in the future.

When I first installed this phone holder, its quality was obvious. Very impressed with the design and functionality. The product comes with a credit sized card with a QR code on it. One side asks you if your happy and the other side asked if you’re unhappy.Some days after installation, I had a slight problem and contacted customer service. I was contacted by Daiky from the customer service team. My issue was resolved without issue. Very impressed with the seamless customer support service. Really disappointed with the dashboard mounting disk. Despite cleaning area as instructed the pad just wasn’t sticky enough and wouldn’t adhere to the surface which is no different to any other dashboard. Ended up needing to purchase another disk which added another £10 to the overall cost.

I’ve had this for just over a month now so thought it was time for a review.I bought this whilst planning a long journey, as my previous car mount (by a well known brand) was no longer able to keep my phone secure. After my phone falling on the floor one time too many due to a weakening of the sidearms, it seemed time to upgrade.My first impression was this item had a solid construction and is easily able to support by OnePlus 8. What I particularly liked was that the phone is not just held by the side arms but also had a bottom support (called a foot) and, after previous bad experiences with other brands, this is what attracted me to purchasing it. There is also a space in the foot for the power cable so I can my phone on charge.Although it can be positioned at 3 different places – dashboard (using a sticky pad), air vent and windscreen - I’ve only used this on my windscreen. It stuck so well, I actually thought it was permanent but I have removed it and repositioned it and it’s still stuck just as well. Thanks to customer service for helping with this!The mount is very flexible in positioning the phone. Once the phone is secured, it can easily be rotated and moved side to side with ease and also has a telescopic arm to move the phone closer to your face.The phone can be quickly removed by pressing a button on the left and my only criticism is that I’d prefer this button on the right for ease.There is a facebook group for ongoing support and the admins are very responsive and helpful.I would definitely recommend this product.
