I bought this item a week ago and at first it worked great. a day later the product stopped functioning and the battery compartment was loose and shocked me while using it. i sent it back to get a new one, and the new one was even worse. the new machine was loose and the modalities did not fit and were not secure. the bottom piece kept falling out as well. happy to get a full refund but I was convinced the good reviews meant it was a good product. Nope, not trying for a THIRD TIME

I just love using this product. I use it on my face and neck to help the products I've used to penetrate deeper into the layers of my skin, so they can work better. But...what I also love is using the wands on my scalp to help my hair grow.I suffered a severe hair loss problem over the last couple of years and nothing was working to help me regrow my hair and stop it from breaking off until I tried this product. The current is easy to adjust and causes blood to flow to my scalp, which is making my hair start to grow back. Wow!

Ever since I started treatments on my skin with my local esthetician I was so intrigued with the tool she used to “ZAP” my zits away.Yet going to get them done at the salon all the time gets to be a bit expensive and Unrealistic to keep up with. Then I had seen a video with Kim Kardashian’s former assistant Stephanie Shepherd. In the video she used a wand similar to this one to get her blemishes under control. I had no idea that there was a tool like this at such an affordable price and also super easy to use!I have noticed a dramatic change in the texture of my skin. It’s a lot smother and I also use it for my chin which I’ve also noticed has tightened up. I use it for 5 minutes at a low frequency about every other day. It’s important to moisturize after because it does dry up the skin a little. My acne scars are slowly clearing up as well.Overall a great product, I wish I had known about it sooner!

This machine makes my electricity goes off. I can only use it at the bare minimum otherwise it causes the electricity in my house to short circuit. I contacted customer service, they asked for a video and after I sent that they went silent and stopped responding.

Only got this today but I used the purple antibacterial one on my monthly, single, painful cystic pimple about 4 hours ago and I just now realized it was no longer painful or as inflamed as it was earlier. This could be a coincidence, but since it's a hormonal pimple that has appeared in the same time and place, and heals at the exact same rate since I was 13, I think it's safe to attribute something to this device since my little friend is usually just starting to inflame, and would be (and was when I used it) incredibly sore to the point of making my eyes water if I smiled too hard. It's absolutely so much better already. The wands feel and look really neat on the skin, its very gentle and tingly, and I really like how much control you have over its intensity range. Definitely start out on the lowest setting, it will be enough while you get used to it. Hopefully I'll remember to update this with positive or negative progress after using it for a while. So far its wonderful!

I have only used the wand a couple of times, but have already noticed reduced visibility of my pores from using the mushroom head. I'm hoping to see some wrinkle reduction soon, but will be patient with that! It's a very quick and easy to do process, only takes about 5 minutes. I did have to YouTube some videos to see exactly how to use the different electrodes as the instructions are a bit vague. I'm very glad that I purchased this wand and can't wait to see mybresults after using it a bit longer.

A waste of time. I received my device a few days ago only to find out the argon (violet) gas mushroom electrode did not work and was very tight fitting. I contacted Amazon customer service and requested an exchange for another device, same brand, hoping it would solve my problem. My replacement came today (thank you customer service) and to my disappointment both the argon gas electrodes did not work and the large Y shaped neon gas electric barely worked. I also shocked myself when touching the handle of the device. I’m a licensed professional and was excited to use this device since it is less bulky than the high frequency machines I’m used to. Total disappointment. I’m already in the process of returning this one and receiving my refund.

I’ve used 3 of the attachments so far and only 2 worked. The “Y” attachment doesn’t work, not even a flicker. I wasn’t really banking on that one anyway so I’ll probably just keep it and hope the others keep working.
