This is a useful one especially if you are working out at home. The material quality is good for proper workout. Resistance level mentioned on the bands is proper and hence while exercise its useful to trains different body parts effectively. This is very useful while travelling. worth to buy and use.

They're a great alternative to weight training and they even come with different colours for different weights. The delivery was quick too. Would recommend.

Best in segment considering price. Good that they have 5 hardness levels. can do complete workout. you need to be a little creative to use it to full potential. all arms exercise, leg exercise.. lower back exercise etc could be done using this. best and effective for hands and leg exercise
