A great book on marketing communications!!!
This is a great learning tool for anyone who is taking a course in marketing, or just wants to learn more about marketing in general!

Lack of information led to incorrect purchase
Originally I had posted a review of this stating that I did not receive the online access code. This is true, but I was later contacted by the seller asking me to "consider editing" my review, as I had purchased the incorrect ISBN, and provided me with the correct ISBN for the book WITH the access code. The problem is, no where in the general product description could I find that information, letting me know this was NOT one with the code.Perhaps if the seller had put this information in the description somewhere ("this package lacks the Cengage code for this book, for a package that has an access code see here: ) I would not be posting this review, again, as apparently my first review has now vanished?I am not alone in this, two of the other reviews have had issues as well. Just please be aware that this is not the package with the access code, and instead of offering to help me in some way, or even work with me, the message from the seller was simply: Please reconsider your review.ALL that being said: book is in fantastic condition and was vacuum packed, as it is new. Book arrived earlier than anticipated which helped-ish.
