Below is an old review from the very first time I purchased these Headphones I’ve bought several of these and you can’t ask for a better sound quality the issues I’ve been experiencing with these they have a tendency of one of the folding arms to break off these last 3 sets I purchased are the updated version of the one I first purchased these have a completely different issue they still sound great you can watch movies listen to music but when you make a call the Bluetooth will disconnect from the call the call is still active and the Bluetooth will reconnect almost immediately when it does disconnect, which is quite often but the problem is it won’t reconnect back to the call even though it shows it’s connected to the call while on the phone had to hit the Bluetooth on the call screen to turn it off like you’re going to use just the phone and then turn it back on and it will work again for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes is very annoying. That’s what started out now it’ll connect to Bluetooth for movies and music, but will not connect to the call period now it’s just blank noise this happened outside of the 30 day return window but they have a 1 year warranty on them hopefully they will do the right thing and replace these I don’t want to use a different brand I love these headsets. I don’t care if they do break off on one of the arms. I kind of wish I didn’t make them where they folded. I believe it would be a lot better. In my opinion. I’m always wearing them anyways the only time I take them off is when I’m charging them, anyone knows that owns these the battery last very long time I bought three sets that way I can use one while one is charging the other one was for back up. So hopefully they take care of this issue now. I’ll definitely report back on the progress. They replaced items in the past I don’t see a reason that they would do anything differently now and not replace these.. They are a good reliable company in my opinion.This is the first time I have ever purchased this product and I have only used it a few days but I wanted to do a review early on and hopefully within a year do a follow up review so here we go. It's a little on the bulky side but I can get used to that the two main things for me is the sound quality and and battery life, this headset far exceeds my expectations in both battery life and sound quality I wish they had an app to go a long with this product so you could adjust the bass and treble but even though they don't have this app this headset sounds great, the construction of the headset seems to be pretty durable when you pull the earbuds out from the headset it has a decent amount tension hopefully this doesn't cause any problems down the road when pulling the earbuds out it's very noticeable it has a loud ratcheting click sound everyone around you will know your doing something and may ask what is that but anyway I would buy these again and I would also recommend it to friends and family. I bought this headset July 29, 2020 and thought I submitted a review not long after I received them but I guess I didn't but never the less even though the headset is a little on the bulky side the sound quality is very good when watching videos and listening to music it's a little hard to hear during a call the person can hear you fine but giving the bass this headset has it's hard to hear them but that's the only issue I have with them other than that they sound very good and the battery life on this headset is probably more superior than most if not all headsets that I've had or have and I have a few and I'm constantly using mine watching videos on Prime as well as some YouTube videos.

I'm a real fan of neckband headphones. I've had earbuds and given them away before I lost them myself.These are almost always on and around my neck. I have to check before I take a shower because I don't even know they're there. I've had cheap ones and several LG's. The cheap ones die and for some reason my LG's always met bad ends.These BEARTWO foldable earphones are a great value. Honestly I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. My LG/JBL met a sudden end and at the time I was driving and working outside my truck 10-12 hours a day. LG's weren't available. These seemed tough and THEY ARE. They are a little bigger and slightly heavier, but not noticeably so.They have most of the features of the LG, they are just a little more work to access.The retractable ear pieces took s little getting used to. After years of tugging the earpiece to retract it, these have a button on each side to retract. I always worried about LG retractable because they seemed delicate and easy to break even though I never did. Not these! When you hit the retract button these will pull the earpiece out of your ear for you. The earbuds nest in holder every time. There's nothing delicate about these. Heavy Duty!I had Bluetooth in my truck and various other items paired to my phone. Every once in a while BEARTWO wouldn't pair, but off and on again always did it.I almost forgot about the battery life...OUTSTANDING! Almost unbelievable because they're always on, and usually playing music. I recharge maybe twice a week.Now a couple of slight downs but not enough to lose stars in my eyes. Compared to LG/JBL the overall sound is a little more bassy, than I'd like, but maybe I'm just used to it now cause it doesn't bother me. I tweaked the equalizer in phone.Now about the lady's voice. At first she sounded like an oversexed hussy, but now I'm leaning towards a heavy Eastern European accent. Its hard to tell with the few things she says.The headset announces incoming call by saying the numbers even though the phone says the name if they're in your phone book.Overall I think these are a great value and they should work for a long time.
