Love this vitamins, so easy to take on the go

These aren't bad. I just had the gastric sleeve procedure done and I'm on a liquid only diet for the next two weeks. I was given a few packets of these shake mixes by my nutritionist along with a few other brands and I like these best. They're not too sweet and that's a big plus because anything that's too sweet makes me gag right now. I mix each packet with 6oz of skim milk and some ice for texture with my bullet blender and they come out creamy. When I use a blender bottle and just shake to mix the texture comes out clumpy so I definitely recommend using a blender. The strawberry and chocolate flavors are my favorite.

Given what their intent is, the product is good for Bariatric surgery meal replacements, but I had a very hard time getting the product to mix properly (one time I did mix it in too hot liquid and it was unsalvageable. My fault). It never really resolved very well for me and the taste was less than appealing. I was unable to get through the sample box. Whether or not it is product related or if it is just my taste buds i dont know. I personally do not care for it but I am willing to give what’s left to someone else to see if maybe it works for them.

Absolutely disgusting!Its clumpy grainy nonsense! It never fully dissolved! The 1 star I am giving is for smell. If my eyes were closed I would swear a hot bowl of chicken soup was in front of me. But....then you get even more pissed when u look at it! Dont waste your money. The GMC lean shakes taste sooooo much better!!
