Kingston Brass KS1275AXBS Heritage Bridge Kitchen Faucet, 8-3/4" Spout Reach, Oil Rubbed Bronze

I thought this was a solid faucet and the finish was beautiful. I decided on the same faucet in matte black in the end. The contractor said it was easy to install. I like the height of the goose neck and that it swivels . The sprayer is also solid. I have used other brands that are a little heavier but Kingston Brass is pretty solid.

I recently moved and ordered another because I loved the one I bought in the house I just sold.Love the look, no problems with leaks, easy install but one thing that should be addressed is the sprayer. It works great, the problem is that it gets extremely hot (too hot to hold) if your spraying all hot water. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

We decided to go with this faucet mainly for esthetic reasons, we like retro and we have a copper sink. It really complements our whole kitchen appearance. Once installed, the faucet was leaking. I reached out directly to the manufacturer, the process was fairly smooth after I provided them with the requested proof of purchase. They sent the replacement parts and now it works great. If you never had a sprayer separate from the actual faucet, keep in mind that the faucet needs to run in order for the sprayer to work. Maybe a trivial fact for some, but we never thought about it prior to purchase. Otherwise very happy overall!!

I love my new heritage bridge kitchen faucet. I chose copper to brighten up my kitchen. boy, does it pop! The white ceramic handles gives it somewhat of a farmhouse look, but i find it to look elegant. It has a sleek design and is extremely sturdy. The spigot is higher than my old one and seems to extend out further. The sprayer is very durable, sturdy and just plain cute! The design on this faucet set is amazing. I purchased it for my Christmas Present! Will love it forever. Dixie Smith

The spout EXPLODED after barely three years, followed by hot water handle spinning, uselessly.Customer service is horrible. Took a week to answer an email (on the phone for an hour - literally, an hour before giving up that route) . They said it would be 6 to 8 weeks for part to come in BUT they never even ordered the part for 4 weeks after the initial email! WHAT????So, as of today - nine weeks without a kitchen faucet, with no estimate as to when it will be delivered. Ten year guaranty is a joke.I've had cheap faucets from Lowes last FOREVER, only issues were dripping faucets that just need a washer. This very pricey faucet is ridiculous; poorly made, worst customer service - EVER. Save your money.

Looks much better than pic shows. Very sturdy. Easy to install.....My wife loves it, so life should be good for awhile!

It took half a day to install but was worthed. I’ve only had it hooked up for a few days now but works good and seems sturdy. I love the look of the old style knobs went well with my new kitchen.

Flow sucks

I have bought this faucet before and was impressed with the quality. Sadly the second faucet I bought (for our cottage) leaks from the sprayer. The return period has closed and Amazon refers me to some random ‘Kingston’ site that doesn’t even sell faucets! Needless to say it’s impossible to talk or communicate with a person to help resolve this issue. Disappointing in all aspects. Make sure you install your faucet as soon as you get it to avoid this problem.
