I have only had 2 cups so far.The taste is fine so time will tell if this tea does anything.

I’m not fond of teas (at all), however this detox tea definitely lives up to its name and ratings. It’s very gentle, yet very effective…I also love the fact that it’s caffeine free and gluten free. It doesn’t interrupt my rest while moving through my digestive system. Helps the bowels to continue moving efficiently, and productively.

Flavors are good, only been using for a few days so not too sure if it's going to do what it says although I have seemed to have better digestion results since use. My biggest complaint would be that so far, every tea bag I have used has opened/torn and have had to strain the contents of the bags from the liquid. Did not even touch the bags or stir the drink. Simply pouring the boiling water over them caused it. Every single bag.

TMI: I just made my first cup and steeped it for 12 minutes.. didn’t even take 30 minutes to hit me. I’ve never gone to the bathroom like this ever in my life. I was stunned and it wasn’t just water if you know what I mean like when water comes out of your butt it was like mud and a lot of it. I feel so much lighter and better and I suddenly have energy out of no where. This tea works! Worth every penny. Beware make sure you got your very own porcelain thrown. Hope this helps. Next time I’m going to weigh myself beforehand.
