This is not the real product. This dried my skin out sooo bad and definitely not the same cream ive used from an actual consultant in the past. After seeing them sold out I thought I could get lucky with a better price on here but still expensive for whatever unknown substance this is.

Just finally opened this up since I was using an existing bottle. It does not function at all. It's either empty or the pump doesn't work. I've been using this product for years and never had this issue. And Amazon said I'm beyond the return window. So I guess I'm stuck with it now unless someone else knows of a solution.

At first I was concerning about other reviews saying that different product was delivered. I directly contacted the seller and confirmed that those reviews were about fake products imported from China a while ago, sold by different sellers. I made the order and the product was delivered as expected. Also it works as good. I've been using it since then.

I like this product. It firms up my skin. The bottle that it came in was damaged. For that reason, I gave it a four out of five rating.

I love Neora Age IQ Night Cream and have been using it for years. Unfortunately, price increases are forcing me to find a replacement product that costs less. A 14% price increase is not working for me. My social security COLA increase is 1.3% in 2021.

I purchased this item in January 2025 but still had another bottle so didn’t open it till yesterday. . I just opened this bottle and the pump doesn’t work. Can I return it and have it replaced? It’s too expensive to let it go. Thank you
