I have wanted to explore the singing bowls for a while. I go to sleep almost every time listening to them play - I find them incredibly relaxing. I was a bit afraid that when I got them, I'd put them up and they'd get broken by a kitty, so I was quite relieved when I saw the cases they came in. The cases are very nice with a fitted form that the bowls sit in, and they are well padded.I took to the bowls right off and was able to have them singing LOUD AND CLEAR within fifteen minutes, and with a bit more practice, 2 hours later I was able to control the volume so that I felt I was getting the benefit and yet controlling the sound so it was more comfortable. I think if you can keep a steady hand at all, you can probably play these. They come with a suede wrapped ceramic or quartz? stick that is hollow. I find that it only takes a light tap and just let your hand follow the tone, then control the volume with speed. For me it was intuitive. My 23 year old son also picked it up easily.The B is clear and beautiful. If you can get it going really steady, harmonics start to layer on the sound as the volume starts to get rather loud. I can FEEL that like vibrations hitting me. I play brass instruments, and have for years, but I haven't ever felt sound quite like this before. It's sort of like the effect you get at a loud rock concert, or when a car with really thumping bass goes by- but it's not bass and it's not anything like that sort of volume.These come with O rings to sit them on. I find you can hold one in your hand and play it too, but they are a really too big to do that for long.After I had a session using "F" and "B" I felt pretty doggone relaxed. I look forward to working with these more.They are beautiful.They are made of melted, crushed quartz. They are frosted on the outside and smooth like glass inside.

The Crystal Singing Bowl by TOPFUND sounded amazing.Use a different striker...I found that I could get it to ‘sing’ with the included cylindrical suede striker reasonably well. Unfortunately the suede would shed all over me or the table while using it. I then bought a rubber mallet for crystal bowls and found it was a vast improvement. I was able to control the volume of the tone from the crystal bowl with far greater control than with the suede striker. Switching to the rubber mallet took my enjoyment of the crystal singing bowl to a new level and really simplified the process of getting the bowl to ‘sing’.The 8” crystal singing bowl is heavy and solid. Unfortunately I found out that it is also a bit more fragile than I had thought. I brushed up against the crystal bowl sitting on the included o-ring on my coffee table (a low table) and the bowl rolled onto the soft carpeted floor.. and shattered. Well, at the very least I had a beautiful two weeks with this singing bowl. Be careful with the hefty but fragile crystal singing bowl.The bowl comes with a case that protects it very well and has a slot to hold the striker. It is a combination of Styrofoam material and nylon. The case has a few different handles to ensure ease of transport of the bowl. When the crystal bowl is shipped, it is packed inside the case with additional Styrofoam. Felt very secure.Overall… the TOPFUND crystal singing bowl creates a beautiful sound. And.. get arubber mallet.

I have now bought 6 crystal Singing Bowls, from different vendors and this one by far is the best Value. It plays beautifully, It included a case and 3 mallots and the rubber circle for placement. The Crystal mallot is my favorite. The sound is so loud and clear, I can't wait to play them all together.I have 1 more to buy "D" note and I will be buying it from this company.

This bowl is beautiful and came wrapped in plastic, then in a suede bag, then in the carrying case then in a box with packaging then in another box to ensure no breakage. I was incredibly pleased with the color, the inside is sleek and the outside is gritty. I’m not a fan of the suede striker it came with so I’m getting some rubber headed mallets , but the striker that comes with it DOES work. It’s a little messy , the suede comes off into the bowl, but once you get the technique right, boy does she sing! I’m am so happy with everything and I’m definitely gonna buy more bowls from this company. (They also make other instruments! )

This isn’t my first rodeo- or my first bowl. I ordered one on April 24 just to come wrong- they sent me a different chakra completely. I returned that one. Then on April 28th I got this one. Used about 3 times. The sound was more “trembling” x an easy, smooth sound (I have 7 bowls- see second photo. Getting a hold of customer service using Amazon was a joke- a young girl gave me the phone number to China, but said it was a “local” number. Contacting TopFund in China is really hard, no emails answered, no real chats. I have other bowls and had no issues. It’s really too bad- these are expensive! If you buy a cheap set I can see a bowl not lasting…. Just a heads up- do spend a little more and buy the insurance. I wish I did!!!

Most of my bowls come from Top Fund due to the durable thickness, beautiful color and perfect sound. I also like the fact that it comes with the carrying case which is well padded so that I feel safe with them while traveling. I want the all white set next.

Medium sized singing bowl that comes with a mallet. Use the mallet and it makes a musical sound/frequency as you run it along the rim. Has a semi translucent/opaque appearance. Made with quartz crystal. Bowl is made well and sits on the counter nicely. Visually, it's a nice piece. Sound-wise pretty good. The bowl also has good depth. Not a bad buy if you're looking for a singing bowl.

This official "Topfund" singing bowl mallet to my knowledge is only conpatable with quarts... when used correctly it allows u to get a cleaner more precise tone from your bowl. If u play singing bowls this is a must have .

I had already wrote an amazing review for this item when I received it but sadly when I took it out the case to use today for the first time it fell into two pieces. I have 5 other singing bowls which I have had and used for a long time and never has this happened . I asked a specialist who said it must have had a hairline crack but sadly I can not contact the seller as I can not see an option to do so . I was so thrilled with this bowl and it’s case and now I am so upset and disappointed ☹️

Arrived on time and very happy - lovely looking bowl and sounds great. A bonus to have a carrying case also .
