Dove Whipped Body Cream Macadamia and Rice Milk 10 oz

With my sensitive and “dry as sand” skin – I’m ALWAYS on the lookout for a “good” lotion or cream.How do I define good for me?Non-irritatingAffordableEffectiveEasy to ApplySMELLS GREATIn addition, I want to be able to use the ENTIRE container’s worth of product without having to cut containers (tubes, bottles). I’ve done it because with the price, I’m getting everything in that container out of it.I love the idea this is a jar. The top (at least mine) screws on and off without much difficulty. No, there isn’t an inner seal. I had no issues as I was able to look at the product and see nothing was missing from it (hint – they don’t fill it to the top).This is a cream – but not butter, so it isn’t thick, but definitely not runny.I loved the texture and a LITTLE goes a long way. As I usually tend to “skim” my products before applying – that is, for me, taking a little here or there rather than a handful – I was able to determine how much or little I needed.It was very moisturizing, not sticky at all, dried quite well. The light scent was WONDERFUL and definitely relaxing. The macadamia and rice milk was rather soothing.Does it work 24/7? No. None of them do for me.Price? It is well worth it.Will I get it again? It is already on subscribe & save.

I cannot get enough of this cream and light, fresh scent and how it doesn't leave my chronically dry hands greasy or feeling like they're covered in a layer of goop. Just writing this review reminds me that I need to re-order another tub! This comes in multiple scents, but this one is my most favorite as it is the lightest and doesn't clash if I choose to wear perfume. This stuff is so so good and the price is ridiculously low for such a high-quality product. This is *almost* as good as Cerave's Rough and Bumpy skin cream (in the tub) but at like 80% cheaper!

I will say, at first, I was nervous of receiving my package because of some of the reviews and pics.. But to my luck, it came nice and clean.. However, it would be nice if there was some sort of plastic around the lid just to hold it in place as it travels in the package. I'm sure if mine wasn't handled with care it would have ended up with spillage just like the others. Also, some people were asking if it was an official Dove product.. Yes, it is. Smells just like the scrub if you have it. That was my reasoning for purchasing. I wanted the matching lotion. Just like the scrub, it's a light refreshing scent. The texture of the cream to me was not off at all. It's a nice light, soft, milky lotion. I think this would be perfect for summer. The whole crushed macadamia & rice milk line would be! But anyway, definitely would repurchase and repurchase from this seller. 😊

i love the smell and texture of this body butter, however it is really sticky! do not wear this on a hot day, you will be sweating so much! there is a lot of product in the container and it smells AMAZING, but if you don’t like heavier lotion, i would not recommend this specific product.

I bought this as I LOVE the smell of the same body scrub. I read reviews about it being greasy, not having the same scent, etc and MY experience is this:1. Yes, it is a thicker lotion and it takes a little to absorb in but the KEY is to use a smaller amount than what you use with regular lotion. At first I did get that sticky, over-moisturized feeling but when I dialed back the amountI was putting on my skin, that went away. My shins and forearms are super dry and I just dip my fingertips in a tad and it is enough. I use this at night time about an hour before bed while I read and my shins (crepey skin) has never looked better! I don't use it on my face and if I get it on my hands (other than the back of my hands), I wipe some off.2. When I first opened the containers (I bought a 3 pack), 2 of them smelled "off" and I was worried but I decided to go ahead and use them to see if it smelled different on. For whatever reason, once I used some of it....maybe the chemicals started mixing more or maybe it settled...idk but the smell on all 3 containers are exactly like the body scrub. I don't have an answer as to why it took a hot minute but they do smell great.This is a thicker lotion but I use it for my problem spots (back of hands, shins and feet) and it works GREAT for those! If you are older and have crepey skin, this will give a nice hydrated look to your skin.

Smells amazing and leaves a beautiful, light scent on the skin. It is a very lightweight cream that leaves no stickiness afterwards, and just melts into my skin. My skin smells and feels lovely every time I use this.

This product makes my skin feel so smooth and it smells so good that you want to eat it. I’m not even kidding you when I say that. I get so many compliments on this sent and especially by men men are like drawn to me when I wear this lotion. It’s really sad that dove I think discontinue these lotions Because I can’t find them in any stores anymore. It’s thick and absorbs well it doesn’t feel sticky on my skin. I love it.

I purchased this because I fell in love with the scent of the macadamia and rice milk exfoliating body polish. I'm a bit disappointed because while it does have a pleasant scent, it doesn't smell anywhere near as good as the body polish.It's not quite as thick and luxurious as I expected for a body cream and the real downside is that it leaves me feeling sticky and doesn't seem like it's actually moisturizing my skin. Back to my old body cream for now.
