Perfect fit
Same color coding on the wires made installing Easy. Runs smooth and quiet. Compressor was shutting down due to overheating. It was a guess but the RPM was too low on the old motor. This one fixed the heat condition and I avoided replacing a 10,000$ AC heating unit. Whew.

Did not work!
Order this motor specifically for the side mounting screws. I ordered the used "Like New" option. It has the holes for the screws but it didn't have the screws. I will have to use the screws off my old motor. It shouldn't say like new if it doesn't have all the parts a new one would have. It should have indicated that screws are not included. I put it in 2 different units and it didn't work in either of them. Waited too long to install, so I could not return it.

Saves me a lot quote $950 .DYI <$200
Good OEM replacement for my old RHeem AC. I had urgent HVAC service to come during weekend $120. Repairman assess the problem with fan rotor get stuck when it gets hot one summer night. Showed me the tricks to make it run but recommend to replace the old fan rotor and capacitors at least. If I am not ready to replace my old HVAC system. He even try to sell and have my system replace ~$12k b’coz it is no longer efficient and also emits bad chemical. I asked quote just to fix the rotor and capacitor and wow $950. Then I searched on youtube and bammm found a lot with the same issues and fixes. Searched the parts order it and i replaced by myself... and wala... it costs me less than $200 including parts and tools i used .... so far dont have any issue and been a year already...

Not a direct replacement
Received the motors and it is a Protech motor. I don't know why they list these motors as OEM replacements. These motors will work if you can figure out the wiring. My unit has a dual capacitor. No were in the diagram does it show a daul capacitor. I will hold my breath and see how long it last. I will update this review after it runs for some time. Also the shaft is not the same length as the original OEM motor.
