Nordic WareNatural Jelly Roll Pan

I LOVE this Nordic Ware Cookie sheet/jelly roll pan. I recently bought a Breville portable oven because my regular oven just doesn’t keep the correct temperature. This cookie sheet fits perfectly inside the portable oven. I have been on a mission to bake great chocolate chip cookies and I finally found the perfect cookie sheet. It is very sturdy. It doesn’t flex. It is very easy to clean. I usually use a silo at pad or parchment paper with it. Most importantly it is smaller and fits in the portable oven. I plan on buying another one. As you can see in the photo it fits perfectly.

This roll pan is European sized to fit into smaller ovens. The size is perfect for roll cakes making the process easier and a more practical for all considerations. I have serveral Nordicware baking pans. Their quality is exceptional. The champagne roll cake I made with this pan was evenly browned across the entire cake turned out perfectly. I could not be happier and will use this pan whenever making roll cakes from this cookbook. Of course, it can be used for cookies and other foods, too. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I LOVE these Nordic ware pans, and now have 2 jelly roll size, 2 quarter-sheet, and 2 full sheet. Definitely cannot go wrong with these pans. Great for every use - in oven, to catch spill over from cobblers, tray to carry things to the grill, etc. Very easy to wash but I always do by hand to give them the best care, and I hate hand washing. More than worth the price. I won't ever look at other brands as long as these pans are available, but I know what I have will last a very long time.

These are the perfect size sheet pans for a standard oven! They heat evenly, they don't warp and most importantly, they're very heavy duty! When you take them out of a hot oven and set them on a cooling rack, you can here them popping as they cool, but they do NOT warp. I've had these for a year or more now and have used them many, many times and they haven't discolored or anything. They basically look brand new. I have 4 of them now and they're all I use. I don't bake, but I've cooked bacon on them and countless other foods and have had nothing but a positive experience. I'm convinced they'll last a lifetime and the price really is really good! I'll be ordering more for gifts!

Top quality from Nordic ware as usual. Nice and solid.

Great pans that allow for even temperature while baking. Note that these cannot go into the dishwasher. They do scratch easily. Metal is evenly thick and don’t warp. That makes them have a slight weight to them but doesn’t interfere with handling. The best I’ve owned so far but still wish they were a little better. I won’t own nonstick coated bakeware.

If you like or love to bake, I would recommend this pan. I use mine for sheet cakes and they come out perfect every time. This is my second pan like this. My daughter gave me my first one for Christmas a few year's back and after the first time using it, I knew I would have to get another eventually. I even use mine for biscuits for our Saturday morning breakfast and they come out so soft and fluffy. I have not had any problems with my pan and it is easy to store.The size is great. I have not had any trouble getting mine clean but I do not put it in the dishwasher. The durability is great too.It is just a great sheet pan for baking.
