Great Product :-)
We bought 2 of these back in February this year in preparation for a 12 hour drive for vacation. I was a little skeptical at first, but they work! They are always in the car for when the little ones fall asleep in the car, even just during errands. It keeps their heads up, allowing their head to not to be hanging forward and letting them breathe better. They are much more comfortable and I feel safer knowing that their head wot snap back during a quick stop if needed.

We used this for our drive to Philly and it was awesome! I was worried that our 3yo would play with it and wrap it around her neck or something else creative but she didn't. We briefly explained what it was for and when she needed it she pulled it down and fell fast asleep!
