Good but too expensive for the quantity. The bottle has no dispenser and not easy to use it

It's a healthier oil for use in anything that needs it. I primarily use it as a healthy boost for my senior boxer dog over her food several times a week. She loves the taste & it helps her get around better.Don't forget to keep it in the refrigerator! It is an unusual oil and needs to be kept cooler in order to maintain it's effectiveness.

Great product

The flaxseed oil bottle was leaking, had already been opened and there was no seal. The problem with this is the flaxseed oil CANNOT be returned. What a waste of money! This cannot be used! Is it safe? Should I be willing to risk my life by consuming it? How do I know whether someone added a substance to the flaxseed oil? I am so disappointed! What a complete waste!!!!!!!

I just started using this in my morning coffee there is no real taste to it so you will hardly notice the difference. If you do add more then the recommend tablespoon then yes you will notice a taste difference. I have not tried it on salads or anything else.

Good product all around, however, if investing for health, consider flax pills for lower caloric intake. . .this is versatile for hair or skin, but on the other hand, one can break up the pills as well. . .remember flax seed oil is not good for cooking. .Salads perhaps. . .I have not tried it on salads as of yet. . .consider other vega omega 3 s
