Amazing product that actually works!!
We have tried nearly every type of roof caulking out there. The Texas summers on a metal roof are brutal. This and the paint are the only thing that have held up. They flex and still seal where 2 pieces of metal contact where we have had a roof leak for years... no more leak. It set solid in 48 hours. Application was really easy and forgiving. We put on 3 layers of the paint on the tape just to be safe which surprisingly didn't take very much to do. No running or bubbling found. Even after 120 degree Texas days making the roof well over 150... and it still held. No cracking, running.. nothing. It is our go to now. Well worth the money and the only roof sealant that still seems to work. Mineral oil to clean the brush, easy to apply - just like a thick paint. Dries in 24-48 hours. 3 layers with the tape was enough to handle 7 inches of rain in 3 hours no leaks this spring. Thank you for making this and please keep selling it!

Easy to use and WORKS!!!
I used it to seal my roof, and after a few heavy rains, there’s no sign of leakage. What I love most is how well it holds up over time — no cracking or peeling. It’s an excellent solution for any waterproofing needs, and I highly recommend it for anyone tackling outdoor or home maintenance projects. Great value for the price!

This Stuff Works
My boat is permanently stored in a very old boat house that has a sagging metal roof where water pools in a few low points. The roof was leaking though seams and screw holes on the metal roof and dripping water all over everything. After applying this sealant to all the screws and seams I have not had any leaks for 9 months. I live the NW US where we get a lot of wet snow and rain, this stuff really works.

Works and cheaper than competitors
Easier to open and seems to spread fine and seal. Only complaint, it's listed as black but looks dark brown. Last gorilla seal I got was half solidified. Flexseal prices keep creeping up.

Extremely effective.
Used this product on a 10-year-old asphalt shingle roof valley which had begun to develop leaks. The shingles were not adequately overlapped, and the sparsely applied black sealant had become brittle and cracked. This Liquid Rubber went on easily and will apparently remain flexible. I applied the recommended three coats, but without the company's seam tape due to visibility concerns. No leaks after several hard downpours.

Creat a nice solid rubbery barrier
I used this product on some cement blocks. I wanted to prevent some soil from gaining some alkalinity from the cement. Out of the can it looks brown but dries black. I put on three coats and it indeed provided a nice rubbery barrier to water movement. It dries to a smooth pliable texture and feels slick. I also applied it to the inground section of some gardening sticks and this nicely extend the life of the sticks.

Does not adhere to wood very well
Bought twice, second one arrived with broken lid and leakage inside shipping box. Used on pressure treated fence posts but product doesn’t adhere, tends to peel if you are not real careful how you handle it

Great
We replaced to treat wood decks in Florida that had rotted from moisture. We coated all of the deck joists with Liquid Rubber and this stuff is awesome. It applies easily but wear rubber gloves and some throw away coveralls because it does not come off clothes. Nor will termites and moisture ruin your deck. Will definitely buy again if needed. Price was competitive too.
