The material is just like my Epicurean cutting boards but thicker (3/8" vs 3/16") and heavier (3.75 lbs).One side is flat and works well for 12" pizzas and chopping veggies. The other side has a deep drip channel, which has no problem catching all the juices from steaks, tenderloins, and watermelons. Hot, oily meats haven't stained the surface. The non-slip feet are sturdy, low profile, and do their job well. I don't notice any flex when cutting. The board cleans very easily with hand washing. I won't be trying it in the dishwasher.As expected from a material that is meant to not dull knives, very shallow cuts appear on the surface, but that's just like my Epicurean boards which have been used daily for 10 years and are still going strong. All indications are that this board will last a long time.I can't think of anything that I would change about this cutting board.

The label wrapper was easy to remove with no glue residue like another wood composite I had bought. The board is smooth and tough and the large size is great. Highly recommend this brand of wood board.

Very sturdy and cleans up easily…..even in the dishwasher. It looks great in my kitchen and is worth the cost. I like the larger size and highly recommend this cutting board.

It's a good cutting board and easy to clean, but it gets scratches from knives very easily

This is a great cutting board. It’s strong and sturdy. I love the counter grips on the edges, it stays in place. The size is perfect. It also cleans very easily and I love that it is dishwasher safe.

This cutting board is everything we wanted. It's a great size, the juice channels work wonderfully and it holds up after being in the dishwasher. I just pull off the rubber "feet" and toss it in. My only wish is that it had a hole in the top for hanging it up when not in use.

Love this cutting board! I needed a larger sized cutting board with the side wells for cutting our Thanksgiving turkey (my old heavy board finally bit the dust) and this one seemed fit the bill. Let me tell you, this has it all! It's non-slip, sturdy (but not super heavy), dishwasher safe to clean and two sided (one side is smooth and the other has deep enough wells to catch meat juices without overflowing). This is my new favorite kitchen tool and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It's one of those buys that makes you feel like you've gotten more than what you've paid for.

Ordered two of these boards to replace a long used board of similar design. This is much better design and much heavier and more durable than the one I replaced. Would highly recommend.
