Taos Footwear Women's Trulie Sandal

The first day I wore these they were on my feet 12 hours. No foot pain! When you battle plantar faciaitis and overweight you need shoes with a good arch. These are perfect and attractive. Not an old lady look.

These are by far my favorite sandals & worth the piece for me. I have arthritis & plantar faciatis. These are the only sandals I can wear all day, walk miles in, & my feet won't hurt at all! Plus, I think they're really cute & don't look like orthotics & the velcro is extra nice on a day my hands are super stiff & buckles would be impossible. The velcro stays in place & has never come undone. I have 2 other pairs in different colors. One is over 8 years old & the silver is rubbing off & the velcro isn't as strong anymore, so they're my beach sandals now. Still very, very comfortable & I hope they last several more years. The other pair is dark pink, over 6 years old, and looks good as new. Purple is my favorite color, so I jumped at the chance to buy these when they were half off 💜 Taos, please never stop making these sandals!

Before you place your order, double check the color with another source. I originally chose "light grey", which at the time of purchased showed a beige color in the image. The color in reality was true to the name, not the picture. They were grey, which is not what I wanted. I had to return them for "Stone" which is the color I wanted.But I wouldn't let that impact the review of the shoe. This is my second pair of this identical shoe, because they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have worn these shoes for 3 years, nearly every single day that the temperature is above 70 degrees. They're even more comfortable than going barefoot. The arch support is excellent (not too high, not too low, perfectly supportive), the material of the sole lets me walk comfortably all day. I've taken these out traveling for high step-count days, and I am always glad to have them. Part of looking forward to the warm weather for me is getting to wear these shoes.I only got a replacement after 3 years, because mine are looking dirty and the straps are starting to detach from the sides. I bet if I didn't care about the appearance, these could last me one more year. So they're still a great value.These shoes were originally recommended to me by a Walking Company employee after finding out I have slightly wide feet and short toes. It mattered to her, so I figure I'd mention.

After trying many different tan leather sandals, this is the pair I ended up keeping. The cushioned cork footbed is very comfortable and I appreciate the classy braided leather styling with 2 adjustable straps so that I can get a more custom fit on my slightly narrow foot. I appreciate the arch support, as well. My only criticisms, having worn these shoes off & on for a while, is that they just feel stiff & my feet hurt a little at the end of the day after wearing them. This is because don't flex super well at the sole/under ball of the foot, and this is a higher heel than I'm used to for an everyday sandal. They look nice & appear to be good quality, but they're also on the expensive side. Had they been more comfortable out of the box, i might have considered also investing in other colors, but I think I'll pass and look for something more flat & less expensive next go around

For someone who has a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable these are for you. The shoes are very durable. They look very nice on. They fit perfectly. I Wear a size 5M and I ordered a size 5M. They look nice with shorts, dresses or jeans.

I liked the muted navy color so it will go with jeans, white pants, and khaki pants. Good support straps and can wear for hours. I’m in between a 9 and 9 1/2, I went with the 9 but if I ordered again would go with the 9 1/2 - toes are nearly inside the top but the arch support fell in the right place. Taos makes great products, I bought it on Amazon, although same price a Taos website, I know returns are easy with Amazon if needed.

Looking for the unicorn of travel sandals - comfy for miles and miles but also cute. These satisfy the cute requirement but they’re not as comfy as I was hoping for.Trying Taos Trophy 2 next and they already feel like a better alternative for my foot.The sandal is very bulky and stiff making my stride more of a clomp and less of a heel toe motion.

I enjoyed these sandals, we walked on our trip and I was able to wear them when weather allowed. We had more rain than expected. But I like the fit and comfort.
