Great for fire proofing and noise
Very thick, size is true to measurements, theres no smell and it does what i expected it to do.I purchased this for my tumble dryer for two reasons - to protect it from the carpet it was sitting on and also to reduce the noise transfer to the downstairs neighbour. It has given me peace of mind that there is a non-flammable layer between the appliance and the carpet - but also i've noticed myself that the noise reduction caused by the rotation of the drum has reduced.I am going to buy another two for the dishwasher and the washing machine, as i cant live without these now.

Tough to install but does the job
Firstly if your washing machine is in a tight spot like mine.. prepare yourself! This is REALLY hard to install. Easier with a nice strong man. Failing that you’ll have to wiggle it back and forwards for an hour and gain some blisters on your hands like me! I’ve found this mat to significantly reduce the noise and banging my washing machine was making. It had not moved from its spot so far and I’m on my third wash! Overall I’m happy with this product. If only it were easier to install.

Shake It Off? Not Anymore

Rubbish
A load of rubbish. Don’t buy this item. My washer still vibrates loudly. This hasn’t helped at all.Also, it’s hard to install as it grips the tiled kitchen floor making it harder to manouvere the washer with the mat underneath and put it back into the spot where the washer goes

Noise reduction and holds the washing machine still during a fast spin.
Very fast delivery, reasonable price and most importantly does the job.Rubber mat that goes under the washing machine, absolves some of the noise of a spin cycle, which is an added bonus, but most important, our washing machine no longer goes for a walk when on spin.100% recommend.

Not easy to install under kitchen cabinets.
Reduces vibration a little but I would not buy this product again, it’s a case of you get what you pay for.
