Love this item !
So I had recently decided to prioritize working on my posture as poor posture can be very detrimental to your health. I had purchased one of the best selling posture support bands off of Amazon and did not find it to be beneficial because it only supported your shoulders, not your spine. I saw this and decided to give it a try because of its structure. I love how it's designed and have found that it really does help support my back and align my spine and shoulders. I've only used it for a few days but I already see a difference !

Takes getting used to.
This is my first time wearing a posture corrector. I found it to get pretty uncomfortable after just a few hours and I'm not really sure it straghtens my back that much.My wife who wears a posture corrector regularly tells me I have to get used to it by wearing it a short time every day and that the goal of the posture corrector is to remind me to fix my posture, not to actually hold my back in place like a brace.If that is true and this is what you are looking for then this is the product for you. It's very high quality and the straps are made of a comfortable material. I assume that I will get used to it and love it but for now I personally can't stand it.

VERY HELPFUL BUT...
I really like this back and shoulder support. It definitely supports the back and helps keep the shoulders back allowing better breathing and more oxygen into the body. However, because the straps are wide (which is why I purchased it) it tends to rub the area that is just before the underarm, which is not comfortable. So I might go for another one a bit later.

Really helped me with my back pain
I have had pain in my shoulders and neck area for years. I've been wearing this for every day for 2 weeks and it's making a huge difference. It forces posture to be upright and aligns my back and shoulders. My pain has decreased significantly and the circulation in my hands has improved. For anyone who has issues with their back, neck or shoulders, I would highly recommend this

This is the most comfortable posture corrector I have ever worn. It pulls in all the right places and I have seen a significant difference after a few days! I have chronic back issues and I was willing to try ANYTHING but gosh am I glad I came across this!! 100☆☆☆
