No support from Amazon..Sound quality and memory not at par..only price .
It's sound quality not more than 10 watt and it is 512mb 4 gb .... Miracast not working...Product specifications not matching. No apps can be removed....Only price is good...no support for installation and service after repeated calls....from Amazon and Amazon not ready to give sellar details also to reconfirm the problems....

don't buy this tv... because it's not smart tv...mira cast is not connecting ..no 1 gb ram only 512 mb ram...and very very very slow..and very low sound...i baught it and returned it...then baught shinco tv...if you r not fan of screen cast and ok with low specifications..then go with this tv

Overall product is good but its representation very bad there is no warranty card, no user manual, no sticker on panel very bad. Amazon must take actionon this. Rating for amazon representation.
