I wasn't planning to write a review but since 1) I have a small problem (one of my lights is defective), and 2) I have another problem in not being about to contact the seller, I'm writing this review.The product description has this text:"🎄【100% Satisfaction】: If for any reason you're not 100% SATISFIED, please let us know , our customer service team will help you solve it in satisfaction"I'm not 100% satisfied. Maybe 60% satisfied. And where is the seller's customer service team? I had to order the product three times to get one that worked2. Once the holes will all drilled into the deck (not trivial - all the deck boards needed to be drilled through, pried open and reached behind - took hours), I had to redo the wiring (took more hours) because not all the lights were showing the right colors, working my way backwards from the farthest string to the string closets to the transformer. I think I might not have had the positive and negative properly aligned.3. I don't see a timer on the remote control, so that the lights can be programmed to go on at 8 PM and turn off at midnight (and not be on 24/7?4. I want to buy a replacement light but another (single!) one costs a whopping $22! A pack of ten costs $90. I looked for other sellers who might sell the same product but gave up after 15 minutes.I look forward to hearing back from customer service.

I put them on my front porch. I love the lights, but they are very difficult to sync multiple sets and the instructions are not much help.

I want to start this review by stating I tried as hard as I could to do this solution in AC versus DC. The original logic was to take advantage of my existing ac low voltage yard system and timer etc.The original motivator for switching is that 1 ac light costs the same as this whole package.My application is two sets of deck stairs. Once I made the decision to DC, I could not be happier. The lights are extremely well made and designed. The lights, connections between lights and the transformer are completely waterproof. Also, as stated the lights appear to be a good quality stainless steel.I bought a Forstner 32mm drill bit on amazon and the holes are a perfect fit. Note: for the B109 modelI also bought a Woods two outlet outdoor timer, as I am not a fan of dusk to dawn.This manufacturer has a lot of light size, wattage and lumen options. I bought the B109, which are are pretty bright. I put 3 per tread in 50 inch wide risers and 2 per tread in 40 inch. The 40 inch goes down to a patio and I have the same manufacturer's dimmer, which I will update after installed.I used a normal outdoor extension cord to get to my timer for one set of lights...no problem.Update 12/11/17I added the dimmer to the step lights going down to a patio. This dimmer is remote controlled, installed in 10 minutes. The remote has many options including on/off, so my needs are more then well met. Very well designed device.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE TO BELOW... SELLER HAS BEEN VERY COOPERATIVE. THE CHALLENGE IS PRODUCT IS COMING DIRECT FROM CHINA. NEW REMOTE PROMISED TO REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING ONE. WHEN EVERYTHING IS WORKING... IT LOOKS INCREDIBLE!Only way I could provide the Seller a video that was requested. I do expect he will resolve the issue I am having... he has been responsive. I've had a few glitches and now the remote is not working but if we get this worked out I will revise my product review. When working, they look great! Lots of compliments on how they look. Fingers crossed!

These are awesome, I live in a subdivision that only has light at intersections and ends of roads and the rest of the street is dark. People can and have been caught on camera walking in the shadows on our property. I installed these little power houses in my soffit and on a photocell so they come on and off at different times to throw people off. My Entire house has ambient lighting that you can see but not that bright and other neighbors simply love them. You will need to get 3, 6, and 9 foot extension cables if you have gables to run through but totally worth it. I haven't had a single sole on my cameras at night since they went in. You will need to get flat washers to keep them snug tight into vinyl but they aren't much and work great.

I was looking for waterproof lighting for my niche in my dream family bathroom and I came across these. At first I thought they were pricey until I got them and installed them.. these are the bomb! The remote works well and the colors and control settings allow for any kind of ambience. I especially like the slowly dimming from one to another color setting. People go gaga over these in our bathroom but I imagine anywhere you are creative enough to put these you will get the wow factor. Quality could be a little better but over all very pleased

These lights were perfect for installation on my deck surface and steps. They provide a really bright light for such a small light. I ended up adding the remote dimmer and I am very pleased with the setup. As others have said, be sure to line up the arrows on the connectors. I had a small issue where a couple lights weren't working and it turned out that I had one connector reversed 180 degrees. I contacted support and they immediately diagnosed and solved the problem. The support received was fast and accurate. Great product and great support!

Great product overall. I am using for down lighting on the soffit around my garage. I would give it a five star but it is not quite as bright as I had hoped or the pictures make it appear.

Our family uses amazon for a lot of items. Dealing with this seller has been awesome, he/she answered all my questions in a timely manner most times within minutes. Out of the box the items work as advertised, I will be installing these lights on the weekend and will take pictures once it’s done. I’m happy with the price and the items. Big box stores charge around 25 bucks per light not including the transformer. I bought the 20 light set in the event that one or two stop working. Will definitely buy from this seller again.Installed this yesterday! FYI, if you want to save some money without having to buy additional longer wires and you want to space the lights apart and you don’t mind a little extra work do the following: Buy outdoor 18/4 thermostat wire or similar, cut the end connections from the lights then add some shrink tube, solder the wires to the 18/4 wire ( all colours are the same with the exception of the blue wire from the lights, connect the blue wire to the white wire on the 18/4 line, after soldering the wires heat up the shrink tube to seal the connections add a little of the good old electrical tape and that’s all! Took extra time but it beats spending so much more on extra connectors that retail for 50 bucks for 5 of them. I installed these lights on a finished deck so I needed help to fish the wire while I was under the deck! Anyways hope it helps, lights are nice and bright.

I purchased these lights for my Deck and I must say they look amazing. I like the different colour modes and dimming option. But 20 days after installation something went wrong with LED controller or Power Supply and they stopped working. Instead of returning it(Which was a pain removing all the lights and wiring from the deck). I contacted the seller and I was very impressed with the service. They immediately shipped me a replacement LED controller, a power supply and two extra lights and kept me updated while I was waiting for the shipment. I received them within a few days and everything worked fine after I replaced the controller and power supply. I hope I wont have any problems in future but at least I know the seller will provide me with good support. In spite of the little problem, I still recommend these lights.

Love the style of these! Descreet yet modern looking and very easy to install!We ended up running these in our backyard under the gravel to hide the wire and it seems to be working great. They daisy chain together and the connections are pretty water tight.Drill a small hole where you want to install and pop then in! Just like ceiling pocket lights.I just really wish they came with a remote of some sort to turn them off and on, etc.

I may have gotten a defective batch*I've ordered these several times and never had too many issues. But recently these bulbs have been awful.- Almost all of the bulbs in the last set I purchased had moisture build up within a week (Has not been raining recently so I'm assuming the dew from nearby grass).- The LED receiver box ceased functioning within a week and a half. Troubleshooting was done with previously purchased box.
